Welcome to Hawkeye & Huckleberry Lounge, where celebrated Chef Brian Malarkey and his brother James bring a slice of their Central Oregon ranching heritage to Bend. Our 'modern cowboy' restaurant & bar with its wood-fired oven, semi-private canvas tent dining, and a vibrant outdoor patio, perfectly embodies Oregon's majestic outdoors.

Our menu, deeply rooted in ranch-to-plate traditions, showcases beef & produce from our nearby Tumalo ranch. With an onsite butcher shop and smoker, we utilize every part of the animal, delivering high-quality steaks and inventive dishes at friendly prices. Favorites include our Happy Hour Smash Burger, Beef Fat Fries, Steelhead Trout, and Beef Tongue Tostadas all to be enjoyed alongside cocktails, mocktails local beers, and PNW wines.

Hawkeye & Huckleberry Lounge also serves as a dynamic venue for private events, from intimate dinners to grand celebrations. Join us for a dining experience that celebrates the culinary heritage of Central Oregon.

Our Huckleberry Lounge will be transformed into The Pink Pony Club, complete with an acoustic guitarist and fabulous decor. The main dining room will feature a band starting at 8:30, come dine drink and dance the night away with us!

    One of our favorite restaurants and a truly unique experience. Brian Malarkey and team nailed cowboy chic, and the Hollywood glamping atmosphere is perfect! Rustic, refined, and rad. Don’t miss it!

    Overall excellent experience, the food and drinks were excellent. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was comfortable and fun. Just an all around awesome night. We will be back, and that does not mean just once. Thank you!

    Great dinning experience. The service, the drinks and the food were top notch. The 4 of us would come back again. We ordered a variety of appetizers and main course to share with the table. Everything was great.

    We had a party of 10 and it was a great dining experience. From seat to feet the staff was energetic and friendly. Good vibes and the decor was great. The drinks alert fun and delicious. From the shotskis to the barrel racer my favorite. The Food was excellent! Steaks were cooked to perfection. Skirt steak with chimichurri sauce 😎 Look forward to coming back.
