   Atmosphere for Valentines was nice. The food was good, but portions are small. I will make a complaint on the Valentines dinner. The website to setup the reservation failed to make it obvious that the Valentines menu would be different than the normal restaurant menu. Therefore, I was disappointed on not being able to select my meal for the night. I called the restaurant 2 times prior to the night to speak to the Restaurant Manager. However, I never received a call back. Therefore, I rate their customer service with a failing score. I plan to notify Hilton of the restaurant's poor notification of the night's menu. As well as the restaurant's management poor customer service in calling back a customer.

   I made a reservation with open table 2 weeks in advance and the restaurant had a regular menu . When we arrived at the restaurant, they told us that they change the menu to a fixed price one for $75 per person with no choices . The salad was made with beets and our friends do not eat beets . The meat ( Delmonico steak) was full of fat , pre sliced and slimy. Our bill was $200 ( without tip ) because we share a bottle of wine with the other couple. A disappointment for our Valentine Day dinner. We will never be back !

   I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the menu. It was posted in advance on Open Table and EVERYONE that made a reservation was sent a text through Open Table that the Valentines Menu was up and live. Had you let your server know that your friends did not eat beets, we would've happily accommodated them and made them a salad without beets. Again, if you had let your server know regarding the steak, we could've gotten you another one that didn't have any fat. We would welcome the opportunity to show you what Hospitality is.    Everything was great, service was super friendly and helpful. Steak was a bit undercooked but still very good, the fish was excellent.

   The food was good - the grilled scallops and seafood special cooked very well. The creamed spinach was slightly burned but good. We were all disappointed that we discovered a 20% tip was automatically added onto our bill. While this may be a standard policy (group of 6?) that I don’t have a problem with, I do find it untoward when server doesn’t mention it. People will add their 20-25% on top of that unknowingly. No good. We normally too 25% but left it at the already set 20%.

   Sorry that you all were disappointed by the 20% Service Charge. It clearly states this on ALL of our menus at the bottom of the menu. We feel that stating this again would be redundant. People can always add more if they feel that their server went above and beyond. Thank you.

   First course of Cesar salads were soggy & wilted. Salads were replaced with fresh. Much better. Our waiter Hunter was great, but one of bar staff was rude and this was the second time encounter w her. However Very disappointed in the policy to charge $25 per person for New Year’s Day for no-shows or cancellations.

   Sorry to hear that you were disappointed in the no show and cancellation policy. This is a normal policy in most restaurants for the holidays. We do have a 24hr policy and you are able to cancel within 24hrs.

   We arrived 20 minutes before our reservation and wait 45 minutes after the time ( Reservation to 9:30PM and we sit 10:15PM) most options from menu already finish and we have only two option, at 11:00 they start to clean the restaurant and do not serve any order Cost for what we have is super expensive

   La atención fue muy mala nos dejaron mas de dos horas esperando lo que habíamos pedido.Cuendo reclame nos trajeron el pedido frio y las carnes casi crudas, el ruido era alto .Apesar de no cobrarnos la comida por todo lo sucedido no los recomiendo para nada pues finalmente al vale parqking se le este avión la llave de nuestro auto y nos tuvo más de una hora esperando la encontraran

    Food was on point with Harvest and Reel. We had stuffed lobster and squid ink pasta. We also had a couple of their appetizers - crab cakes and she crab soup. My only issue was the wait time. Granted it was New Year's Eve so they were crazy busy but you would think they would have anticipated this since they do the NYE dinner every year. Took an hour for us to get served our appetizers. They also ran out of a ton of things by the time dessert rolled around. Overall, I think I will get a much earlier reservation next year so that we won't be part of the kitchen mad house. Still a good place to have dinner.
