   We were looking for something unique and not another National chain. I have been in the area for 25 years and never once went, what a mistake of not going! EXCELLENT service, again food and really felt like it was just the 2 of us dining when entire place was full. We will definitely be going back!!!

   We had heard good things about Harry’s and booked a table after the hockey game. We enter from frigid temperatures and I go to the hostess and give my name for our reservation. She says we’re a bit early and they’re would be a wait. No problem. I found it strange that she didn’t ask if wanted to check our coats. We are seated and have sufficient time to peruse the cocktail list, wine list, and menu. By the time our server took our order, we were ready to give our complete order: cocktails, soup, entrees, and wine. Our server should have embargoed our order so that we’d have our cocktails before our soup. Instead, we were halfway through our soup before we had our cocktails. My wife’s martini wasn’t to her liking, it was too late for it to be corrected because our entrees had arrived and we were ready for wine. We got the hash browns with caramelized onions. The hash browns were cooked well, but the onions were far from caramelized. Upon completion of our entrees our server just hands me the bill. There was no offer of dessert or coffee. When I asked about coffee, she looked shocked. I had to ask for sugar to be brought out. We’d likely go again the next time we are in Grand Forks, but Harry’s needs to address these quality/service lapses.

   The Bison steak was the best I have had, melted in my mouth. The brussel sprouts were unbelievable! From the opening cocktail, salad, entree with wine, desert and some bourbon to cap the evening, wonderful 10th anniversary dinner!

    We went here to celebrate our 40th anniversary. couldn’t have been a better choice. I don’t typically order steak because I like other meat better but I thought I should at a steakhouse. I was NOT disappointed. I had the 6 oz. Filet Mignon and it was amazing! My husband had ribeye and also thought it couldn’t have been better. I would recommend this for a special occasion for sure!
