   The experience was ok but there was no suggestions or recommendations on dishes from staff. The curry was lovely but needed steamed rice and the only rice available was fried which had too many flavors to compliment the dish. Same w the Mongolian lamb. We thought it was supposed to be a dumpling place but there was only 1 dumpling on the recipe. It did need some sort of greens on the menu too. It felt more like a place you go to for a nibble w a drink rather than dinner.

   Thanks for your feedback—we really appreciate it. I’m sorry our team wasn’t more attentive in guiding you through the menu. We do offer steamed rice, and we’ll be working with staff to ensure they communicate this better. You’re right that we’ve been labeled as a ‘dumpling house,’ which isn’t quite accurate—we’re a pan-Asian restaurant, and we’re working on updating that description. We’re always looking to improve our offering, though our venue size does present some challenges. That said, stay tuned for our winter menu—we’re always evolving! Hope to see you again soon.    We had a booking for six, but when we arrived, they only had a table for four and told us someone had given our table away—even though we had booked in advance. Instead of properly accommodating us, they squeezed us onto a small end bar table that was really only meant for two, making the entire meal uncomfortable. The ordering system was frustrating and inconsistent—you could use a QR code or order through table service, but it wasn’t clear which was preferred. On top of that, no one checked on us throughout the meal. We weren’t offered more drinks, food, or even water, and the staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. For a restaurant that serves mostly sharing plates, it was surprising that they didn’t automatically provide cutlery or side plates. We also had to sit with empty dishes piling up on the table because no one cleared them, leaving us with barely any space. The food itself was fine but the poor service and lack of attention to detail made the overall experience disappointing. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t return.

   Hi Lulu, We’re really sorry your experience didn’t meet expectations. Our communal tables with trees through the middle are designed to create a shared dining atmosphere, but we understand this may not have been clear. We’ll work on improving how we communicate seating arrangements to ensure guests feel comfortable. As a new restaurant, we’re still refining our processes, including our ordering system, which allows guests to choose their preferred method.
