We have always had good service at the Hard Rock Cafe in Vienna. There is always a friendly atmosphere and the food is always good.

Was mir bei diesem Besuch besonders auffiel, war die Aufmerksamkeit und der Eifer der Bedienung Aleksandra. Sie war immer schnell unterwegs, fast im Laufschritt, und fragte z.B. von sich aus, ob sie meinen Eistee (kostenlos) nachfüllen sollte. Zur Abwechslung habe ich einen Burger "medium rare" bestellt, und so kam er auch. Einfach perfekt.

We've had a great time and the food was amazing. My son had the ribs (which he usually eats at HRC) and he said, there were the best he ever had. Service was great too!

The manager was really rude to us and ruined my birthday. Shame because the staff seemed nice but he was awful. Sat eating his burger at the end of the bar so unprofessional. We had a table reserved for 6 people and we were wanting desserts and drinks but because we didn’t want food he sat us all in a line at the bar so we couldn’t even talk properly to each other. When we raised the issue with him he wasn’t bothered. Even his own staff said he’s being hard work. Shame because the bar woman was lovely.
