   Booked a table for Valentine's Day, but the evening was marred by poor service. Staff seemed overwhelmed, zooming past tables without making eye contact. We had to flag down a waitress to order after waiting over 30 minutes, and even then, it took an hour for our designated waitress to take our order (which we'd already placed!). The food was inconsistent - the eggplant sands dish and dumplings were flavorful, but the honey chicken was hard and difficult to eat. Overpriced for the subpar service and average food quality. Hopefully, the restaurant will take steps to improve their service and consistency. But probably won't be returning in the future.

   Great food, busy, bustling restaurant. On the higher end of the budget , but the food definitely is quality

   The food was incredible. A gourmet Chinese experience. Everything came out quick. Staff were really nice, I can’t wait to return. This food really was of the highest quality.

   The service was outstanding!! Everything was brought out quickly. The waitstaff were so lovely and friendly, efficient. I even received a bandaid I asked for, for a blister I developed on the way there!! Nothing was a hassle. Food was delicious. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend them.

   Nothing to criticise, very happy with food, service and good value for money. Nutritious , superb tastes and presentation! Drinks are affordable and not over the top. Friendly and very helpful staff! Can only recommend 👍

   Our first very ordinary experience. We sat at our table for 15 minutes before a wi e list was provided to order a drink. The restaurant seemed understaffed. Whilst it was busy, I have seen it much busier. The dumplings were delicious as always, however the honey chicken seemed more flour & water than chicken and the Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce bland and uninteresting. A game lift is needed. Ken did come to the rescue, however it was too late to lift the initial poor welcome and uninteresting food.

   Service was good and friendly. Ordered pepper wagyu and whilst nice, couldn’t really taste pepper and the Pork Char Sui was very dry and chewy. Food is expensive and quality probably doesn’t match the price. Overall nice night and staff were attentive.

    The food, service, and drinks all exceeded expectations, making this one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. The menu at Hao Chi is a celebration of flavors, and every dish I tried was a standout. The service at Hao Chi was equally impressive. Andy and Reni were not only friendly and approachable but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Andy offered great recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed or pressured. As for drinks, the cocktail I had was a delightful surprise. . It was crafted to perfection, with the perfect mix and it paired wonderfully with the meal. Hao Chi clearly takes pride in its drink offerings, and it shows. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, with a modern yet cozy feel. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable, whether you're there for a casual meal or a special occasion. In conclusion, Hao Chi is a must-visit if you're looking for an unforgettable meal. The combination of outstanding food, top-notch service, and expertly crafted drinks made it a dining experience I won’t forget. I can’t wait to come back!
