Fantastic service and lovely food. The food is too expensive for what is essentially a modern gastro pub, but still a lovely experience.

$49.00 porterhouse steak is low quality pub cut of meat; absolutely not worth it. Mine also had such a big piece of fat, that when I finished I told the water that 'you owe me half a steak' as a joke. Though the ambiance of the place and wonderful service compensated and made it a great evening. But I don't think I'll be coming back to eat here.

Courteous service, busy evening for kitchen staff, we waited a long time for our main courses. Maybe 20-30 min. No entrees ordered. Quality of chefs cooking was excellent.

Half Moon, Brighton for Sunday Lunch is just a winner. The quality of the meal was exceptional, the beer fresh and the wine delicious. Our waitress was perfect - timely and considered. Highly recommend it to anyone...

We dined here for a birthday treat and we’re so disappointed! Service was ok, but the food was poor and portions very small. Coffee was dreadful. It was overpriced, as well.

Hi food was excellent but the kitchen was very slow. We had a 6.15 booking and didn’t leave till almost 9pm
