Carlos Gaytán, the first Mexican chef with a Michelin Star both inside and outside of Mexico, presents HA’, a unique proposal in Contemporary Mexican Cuisine in Riviera Maya. With a 9-course tasting menu in which, Carlos shows us that flavors, textures and temperatures are elements that tell us a surprising story and help us learn about his love for his roots.

When you think you have found your favorite dish Gaytán’s inspiration proposes new creations as the seasons change, ensuring your experiences are always unique and different. Come and have a unique culinary experience at Hotel Xcaret Mexico

                      Had the most amazing experience at Há. We decided to do the wine pairing and it was worth it! Everything from the welcome cocktail to dessert was beyond delicious. All of the servers were super knowledgeable and kind to us. We will never forget our dinner here!

                      La decoración del lugar es impresionante, se cuidaron todos los detalles. Hubo platos deliciosos como la Tetela de Escamoles, la Totoaba, el Beignet y el Filet Mignon y otros que tal vez no pudimos apreciar correctamente y no nos agradaron. No recomendamos el maridaje, entendemos que la intención es mostrar vinos mexicanos pero para nosotros el único que vale la pena es el Megacero. En general la experiencia es muy agradable, el servicio cordial y atento en todo momento pero también un poco rutinario, siguiendo un guión y nada de improvisación. En general fue una muy buena experiencia.
