We were 6 there for Savor Sarasota. It was a fixed price menu for lunch. The lobster bisque was excellent. The shrimp tacos were delicious. The Key Lime pie was very rich and very large. Service was very good, and courteous.

This little bistro is right in the lobby of a very nice hotel . It has a nice vibe and the service is excellent.

We booked this restaurant for Mother's Day because we had a group of 6 and our daughter had to work that afternoon, so we didn't want to be waiting for a table anywhere. This restaurant was picked because we could get an early reservation for our large group. We did not expect it to be a small restaurant in the hotel lobby (not even in a separate room). This restaurant should really be just for the hotel guests. It has no ambience and is definitely not for a special occasion. I am not sure why they would want reservations from outside. The food is a reasonable price, though. Our fussy kids could eat from the breakfast buffet while we ordered a la carte. However, my son and daughter said the grits were sweet...not sure who makes sweet grits. My gulf eggs benedict had cold crabmeat. I think they just dumped some refrigerated crabmeat on the English muffin and topped it with the egg. It left a lot to be desired.

Friendly, helpful service in a relaxed and casual atmosphere. Very convenient for pre-show dinner, as the restaurant is near Florida Studio Theater and The Players, across the street from Van Wezel, and on the way to the Asolo. The chef came out and asked about our meal, and he seemed very passionate about the food he prepares, which is always a good sign!

Tried H2O for lunch during Savor Sarasota Week and everything was delicious. The chef is creative and each choice was appealing! Our wait person asked if we wanted flat or sparkling water, but she did not tell us there was an up-charge for flat water, which we assumed to be the same as "tap" water, so we each had to pay 3.00 for a mini-bottle of water. Ambience is lacking, this restaurant is in the hotel lobby.
