   The service was amazing! The food was incredible. My wife and I had the wagyu steak and it was the best we’ve ever experienced. The birthday cake was also amazing. I can’t say enough great things about the service and food that was provided. Big shout out to the staff!

   I had an incredible dining experience at H&W Steakhouse thanks to the outstanding service from Kat and Earl. From start to finish, they were attentive, friendly, and genuinely made me feel welcome. Kat’s warm personality and attention to detail, combined with Earl’s professionalism and perfect timing, made the evening seamless and enjoyable. They both went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Exceptional service like theirs truly elevates the entire experience. Can’t wait to come back—thank you, Kat and Earl!

   The overall experience was very good but there were some aspects give the price points that should have been perfected. The atmosphere was outstanding, lovely dining room and live jazz vocalist was an unexpected treat since it was a Monday night. The service was very good but a bit too pushy with the wagyu steak options. The seared scallops appetizer with succotash was perfect- would not change a thing. The grilled octopus appetizer did not meet expectations - it came out less than hot, under seasoned and slightly overcooked which means it was not as tender as expected. A major service issue for me was that we were still eating appetizers when the entrees were served. The food runner literally stood there with my plate of lamb chops until I had to move my own appetizer plate out of the way for him to put it down. Inexcusable - especially when paying $54 for lamb chops and $98 for a bone in ribeye steak which was ordered medium and came out medium rare. Side dish of creamed spinach was overpowered by a cheddar cheese crust. Side dish of au gratin potatoes were very tasty. Two huge scoops of berry sorbet was overkill - should have been one scoop with fresh berries to garnish it. Disappointed with food and service for these reasons

   Quality of food was definitely top tier. My New York Strip steak was cooked to perfection. The roasted seafood tower was flavorful and fresh. Service was wonderful and refreshing!

   Food was amazing, service was impeccable. Only draw back was our seating, we were seated near the kitchen, so there was alot of activity around us. But, overall, we enjoyed the evening. Will definitely return to try other items on the menu.
