   arrived early with reservations,only three tabels were occupied. Ordered broclie soup, when the came it was packed with bread Iwas luckey to get three spoons of soup. The prime rib was warm and not rare as ordered the potato was the asspar as big as a football and butter would not melt on it ths was the second time with similar results the first time,if I was not comped I would have went to a different restaurant. Guy needs to visit his own restaurants for the dives on his TV shows

   New cook and we had to send food back we frequently visit but food was awful. First time to complain I asked if there was a new cook and the waitress confirmed yes.

   The prime rib dinner is a true winner. The waitress Noel was very efficient and took great care of our table. Defitinitely will be back again.

   Went here for prime rib dinner. The service from the staff was great… the food was awful.. The reason a person goes out to eat is to get a delicious meal. This is not the case at guys. I gave my order and my plate came out in less than 5 minutes. Problem is that the prime rib was cold, the baked potato was so cold the butter would not melt, and the asparagus was over cooked but also cold. The entire meal was previously made, taken out of the fridge and then microwaved to warm it. This is not the first time the food here was extremely disappointing, I have given the benefit of doubt too many times. I will never spend another dine or eat another meal from this awful awful ice box of a restruant. They should be shut down.

   Hostess was wonderful - friendly and helpful. Service was good. Food was a mix. Some of our food was very good - the deviled eggs, Caesar salad, sirloin tips, mashed potatoes. Some food was not good. The asparagus looked like it was picked from the side of the road - tiny and flavorless. The cheesecake came with a candle for my daughter’s birthday, but the pretzels that came with it were literally stale and inedible. All in all, good meal and fun. With a couple bumps in the road.

   I usually go on Thursday for the prime rib, but it was my birthday so I was out with my family. Three of the grandchildren were with us they are 11, 12 and 14. We went on Tuesday because the kids like burgers and it was really a nice evening. The food was wonderful. We started with the trashcan nachos and we had the burgers and fries. They were delicious. Emily was our server she was wonderful, can’t thank her enough. It was a great evening.
