perfekte Organization, durch kompetent Personal, insbesondere Herren Hollmann und Michael Glas. Alle eingeladene Gaeste waren begeistert und dankbar fuer diese Event, inclusive endlos Firework um Mitternacht.

Waren zum Afternoon Tea verabredet am Heilig Abend verabredet. Nach nur einer Stunde Wartezeit bekamen wir etwas Wasser, nach weiteren Bitten erhielten wir für 5 Personen eine Etagere für 2 Personen, der bestellte und bereits bezahlte Champagner war nicht verfügbar. E Ersatz wurde nicht angeboten. Nach 90 Minuten kam dann irgend wann auch endlich unser Tee. statt mit Citrone und Milch mit Honig und völlig überdimensioniert. Der Service war extrem langsam und mit einfachsten Dingen überfordert. Eine Rechnung erhieltten wir nicht. auch war Kartenzahlung nicht möglich. Eine unglaubliche Abzocke am Heiligen.

Wir haben das Essen um 21..30 bestellt. Der Hauptgang kam um 22.45 Uhr. Anmerkung des Kellners: ich habe ja gesagt, dass es etwas länger dauert. Die Leistung war ungenügend. Das Essen war gut, aber nicht außergewöhnlich, wohl aber der Preis.

Essen immer nur maximal lauwarm. Weine gut Mineralwasser nicht kalt genug. Bedienung teilweise stark überfordert. Daher Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis völlig inakzeptabel!

Sehr leckeres Rinderfilet, auf den Punkt, zart - wirklich ein Genuss, Vorspeisen und Suppe optisch Klasse - geschmacklich hatten wir schon aufregenderes, Eis als Dessert sehr zu empfehlen...

Wir haben ein exquisites Essen genossen und die Service-Damen waren reizend. Das Ambiente entspricht einem luxuriösen 5 Sterne- Haus mit viel Holz und prachtvollen Lounges. Man kommt gerne wieder.
