普段食べないような食材を美味しく頂きました。盛り付けの食器もとてもおしゃれで､豪華な気分になりました。

夕食を食べに白浜と言う場所がらマリオットホテルのレストランと期待して行きましたが、レストランと言う雰囲気ではなくビジネスホテルの朝食会場に見えたのがせっかくの料理の美味しさを半減させてると感じました。

隅の席に案内されたのですが、グラスが空になっていても聞きに来てくれませんでしたし、ウェイターを呼ぼうと思っても隅の席だからが全然気にかけてくれず、こっちから立って呼びに行きました。派遣の方なのでしょうか？高いお金を払ってホテルのレストランに来ているのにホスピタリティはよくなかったと思います。多分もう行かないと思います。

料理は普通に美味しい。夏休み期間ということもあり子供連れが非常に多くとても賑やか。スタッフの身のこなしや言葉遣いも悪くはないが高級ホテルに相応しいレベルには達していない印象。街中のレストランとしては及第点だが値段を考えると微妙です。

ホテルのその他のスタッフの対応にも表れていましたが、顧客の要望にはこたえてくれます。が、期待以上は出てきません。いわゆる高級宿泊施設、レストランでの痒い所に手が届くようなサービスを求めている方にとっては物足りないと感じられると思います。また、あのお値段であれば、そのくらいのサービスがあってもいいのにと感じてしまったので、コスパは低評価になってしまいました。食事は美味しかったです。子供にもやさしかったです。

ホテル内のカジュアルダイニングとしては、コストパフォーマンスはよい。素材も地元や旬のものを選んでいた。アレルギー食材への配慮も十分。子ども連れ家族や三世代でも楽しめるダイニング。惜しむらく、ホテルでもあるのでもう少しサーブへの丁寧さがあるとよい。

今回は母の米寿のお祝い会で利用させて頂きました。同席者の一人一人のアレルギーや好みに対応してくださり、特別に個室の準備もやって頂き、ケーキの準備もお願い通りにして頂きました。お陰様で想い出に残る素晴らしい記念日になりました。

コース料理のサービス提供間隔が全体的におかしく、どのテーブルもイライラしていました。それがレストラン全体を支配しており、居心地が最悪でした。

2017年の7月にオープンし、今回2回目の訪問でした。夏休み中だからか？ハーフブッフェスタイルのコースでした。メインの紀州ブランド豚のグリルはとても美味しかった。ブッフェの種類も多く楽しい。ただ、揚げ物が明らかに冷凍食品だったりするのは悲しいかも。これくらいの価格の都心のブッフェだと、ライバルが多くもう少し頑張っているから。2泊したので同じコースを連日頂いた。飽きるな...。ホテル自体にレストランがここしかないので、もう少し連泊者が飽きないような選べるコースがあると嬉しい。サービスととてもいい。雰囲気もよく、窓際の席からだとサンセットが眺められる。白良浜ビーチからも至近距離なので、来年期待しています。
