料理は普通でした。ウェイターが中国人の方で日本語が上手ではなかったため、飲み物の注文等に困りました。

ゆっくり美味しく頂きました。ありがとうございました。信州ならでわの食材をアレンジしてありさすがです。いつもコース料理を楽しみに宿泊しています。また違うマリオットでもいただいてみたいです。

大晦日のセミブッフェで利用しました。ブッフェの近くのテーブルだったり、お子様連れが多いこともあり、静かにゆっくりとはいかなかったり、中国語対応と思われる外国人スタッフのお皿の上げ下げが雑だったりしましたが、目の不自由な主人のためにお肉をカットしてきてくださったりありがたい対応もありました。総合すると満足度に対して価格が高く感じました。

軽井沢マリオットのGrill&DiningGは、ビュッフェがつかない為、修善寺マリオットと比べて割高に感じます。席と席が近く、優雅さは無く、まるでファミリーレストラン。ホスピタリティは皆無でシャンパンフリーフローは自分で注ぎます。修善寺はスタッフの方がちゃんと減り具合を見て絶妙なタイミングで注いでくれます。シャンパンフリーフローにつくオードブルのメインの牛肉は提供してはいけないレベルのお肉の状態&質で、腐りかけた臭いが鼻につき、一瞬で吐き出してしまいました。あり得ません。

お料理は美味しかったですが、バーラウンジはいまいちだと思いました。また、サービスの時に通常メニューの方、いちごの方という聞き方はちょっと抵抗感ありました。ワインの品揃えももう少し欲しいところです。

母の日と誕生日兼ねて食事をしました。ビュッフェは料理の品数がもう少しあれば色々食べられて楽しめると思います。

とにかくサービスは最低、最悪！ディナーのメインコースの後、別にデザートをオーダーしたのだが、15分待ったが出てこないので「もう15分ばかり待っているのですが、あとどのくらいかかりますか？」とウェイターに質問したところ、「そうですか？うちでは20分待って頂くのが普通（標準？）です」というような事を逆に言われ、はじめ、何を言われているのかも判らず、これは、このウェイターの「サービス業・お客様対応」以前の問題であることを理解し、デザートはその場でキャンセルし、メインまでの食した分のみ支払い、出ました。今後、マリオットに宿泊することはあるかと思いますが、こちらのレストランは二度と使いません。

食材は地場産を多く使用し地産地消のスタイルが良いと思いました。ワインは種類こそ多くはありませんが、長野県のワインを中心にピノノワール、マスカットベリーAなど地域色を活かしたワインには好感を持てました。
