   Michael at the bar took very good care of us while we waited for our table. Garret was perfect in every way. He reviewed items on the menu, options for sides and gave us the best balance of attentiveness and space. It was our son’s birthday and was his first time at Grill 23. It will not be his last.

   We had an amazing experience at Grill 23. One of the best restaurants I have been to. We had a large party of 14 and service was flawless and attentive. Many people had steaks and all mentioned it was one of the best they had. I had the cod which was also excellent. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back.

   There are no words for how incredible my experience was. Food and service were outstanding. Our server Joel was so attentive his sensational service really put everything over the top. Cannot recommend this place enough.

   Had a great experience with Bill as our server! Even though we had to wait a few minutes past our reservation time to be sat it was well worth the wait. The food and drinks were a 10/10. Cannot end the night without the Chocolate Chip Cookies for dessert.

   Loved the food and the restaurant! Service was poor, we were never asked if we had questions, server was in a rush, was hard to find him, didn’t check who wanted refill on drinks and guidance on the menu, table was cleaned and a couple of us were still eating and server wasn’t happy when we ordered dessert, we saw him making faces to the support staff.

    Unfortunate to say, but my recent visit to Grill 23 wasn't a great experience. It was a Saturday night and understandably it was busy, but so incredibly loud I couldn't hear my partner talk. The waiter had a particularly jabbing sense of humor, but would add character on a regular night but I didn't appreciate being negged while trying to celebrate an anniversary dinner. Maybe I shouldn't have been expecting a fine dining experience because the crowd was dressed anywhere from suits to hoodies; and food, drinks, and culterly kept on spilling/falling on the floor. Overall the food was fine. Soups were served at room temperature, not hot. The steaks were cooked nicely and flavorful. Sorry to say, given the overall experience and inflated prices, I would have expected better.
