                                                                                Think this may have been an off night-will have to go back to try again -We were 1st people in restaurant, given a not great seat (right next to stairs where servers need to go to kitchen-so busy traffic) -Our salad was not brought out, we had to ask about it when our meal was brought out, they did apologize and quickly brought a salad out -My friend’s steak came out more on the well done side, she had ordered medium rare, so it had to be sent back for new steak. -Other than that food we did have was delicious, and the servers were friendly, just seemed a bit disorganized. It was a Sunday evening, so restaurant was not full, but since we got there when they opened, more people were coming in as evening went on. This is a fabulous restaurant and food, just not the best night for them. Will definitely go back though, and try again.

                                                                                You quite literally cannot go wrong with Grill 23’s menu. I ordered the caviar and wagyu and it was fantastic. The best part of this place is the wait staff. They make Grill 23 what it is.

Our steaks – two filets, a prime New York and a ribeye were delicious as were the multiple appetizers and sides. The very attentive service was impeccable as always. Our only complaints are that the lobster bisque was lukewarm, and the bread felt like it had recently been defrosted.

                                                                                Amazing. I’ve been in KS a lot lately so know good steak. And honestly was expecting to be disappointed. But it was absolutely superb. The steak was flavorful, tender, and perfectly cooked. The wine list was impeccable if slightly overpriced. But the wine was superb and well recommended by the sommelier. The apps and sides were excellent. And Brian our waiter was excellent from start to finish. I will take clients here again and again.
