An Ambassador will call 1 to 2 weeks prior with questions to tailor the dinner. If you requested Chef’s counter seating, we will do our best to accommodate but have limited seating. Blind tasting menu: 7 course $137 each or 10 course $187 each. Wine Pairings - Silver: $100, Gold: $150, Platinum: $300. This is a unique dining experience; menus highlight unforgettable flavors from all over the world. The wine tier you choose will not change the quantity, but rather the quality, platinum being the highest, top shelf option. Other beverage options: wine by the glass or bottle, craft cocktails, non-alcohol choices. (All prices are per person and do not include tax or gratuity.) Dining time: 7 course is 2.5 to 3 hours, 10 is 3.5 to 4. Groups over 6, add 60 min to expected dining time. Reservations require credit cards. We loved dining at Grey Sweater. The food was exquisitely out of this world and the service made us feel like royalty. I’ve never had such a delightfully perfect time. Everything balanced and the flavors were so well curated that it was a fantastic sensory experience.

Absolutely outstanding once in a Life Time dining experience for our Forty Fifth Anniversary. Highly recommend all the people we met there and the exotic food we tasted was amazing!

Each course was wonderful and the 7 course choice was just right for everyone in our group. Hard to pick a favorite course, since all were very good. Interestingly, the water selections were quite good and complimented the food. We drank 3 large bottles among 4 people! The music and people were louder than last time we ate here.

Great dining experience. The food was delicious and very different. Appreciated the call prior to our dinner to discuss allergies, food preferences and to provide an overview. The waiter was aware when we were seated as to our allergies which inspired confidence that the information was relayed appropriately. The food was so unique and once in a life time. Highly recommend for that alone!
