   The food was amazing. Our waitress Julia was very friendly. The staff and manager all came out and sang happy birthday to my wife.

   Disappointing. The side dishes were not hot. The mashed potatoes were bland. The macaroni and cheese was good. The filet was cooked medium as ordered but also not hot. The thin sirloin was was paper thin. It was ordered medium rare but couldn’t possibly be cooked less than well. I feel like the server should have explained that when ordered. The server was nice but not knowledgeable about cocktails and could have been around more. The highlight was the espresso martini. It was the best one I’ve ever had.

   My food came out cold , and I had to send my wife steak back twice for being undercooked . I ordered my steak medium well , it came medium so I didn’t bother sending it back . My loaded mash potatoes came out cold. My server was great though. I don’t know if I would recommend the Great American on George Dieter to anybody . But I did place this reservation by accident at the wrong location, I wanted to go to the one on Airway.

   I reserved on your app for my son’s 21st birthday. We showed up at our scheduled time and the restaurant had closed early that day. It would be nice if the restaurant communicated the early closure with you as it was a very special occasion and we had to find another place last minute.

    The bread and the steak fries were good. Almost everything else was lacking or tremendously bad. My T-bone was undercooked, I ordered medium rare and recieved almost blue, near invisible grill marks and zero flavor. It looked so bad and our server was nowhere to be found. I didn't finish my meal nor did I want to take that trash home. I would strongly advise against visiting this poor excuse for a steakhouse and head elsewhere. We will never visit again.
