Nestled at the bottom of the Kiewa Valley in Mount Beauty, Grass Valley is a reflection of the place we live, and the place we love.

    Somehow overlooked dining here over the past 3 years, until 3 weeks ago ; now it is a must do at least once every ski trip.

    Fantastic cafe and restaurant. Best gnocchi I have ever had outside of our home. Pillowy and light just how it’s meant to be. Delicious salads and pizza.

    By far the best place we ate at in Mount Beauty; eating in (varied menu) and takeaway (pizza) were both excellent. Staff were very pleasant and extremely efficient, dealing with a full restaurant and a steady stream of takeaways.

    Go with patience. Food and drinks great. Can be slow service if busy but worth the wait. Loved it.
