    Quaint little restaurant. To start we had the caprese which was nice. My wife had the beef filet with a quail egg, all served on Gorgonzola risotto. She loved the entirety of it - a wonderful combination of flavors. I had the rabbit bolognese. It was a wonderful dish with many warm and hearty flavors coming together. They have a nice wine selection. But, could improve the offering of heavy reds by the glass. We look forward to returning.

    Grappa is one of the few consistent restaurants in Dorado. Restaurants come and go here, but they have managed to remain as one of Dorado's top restaurants throughout the years. They always have good specials of the day, which for us are normally our pick, as was in this instance. Quality of food was very good and as always their service was on point. If you visit Dorado, this is one sure bet for you out of the hotels. Never disappoints.
