   Went there for Easter buffet. It was incredibly crowded in the afternoon when the brunch items were out. At 3, when they put out the dinner items instead of the breakfast foods, it calmed down a bit. Food was great overall; lots of it. Pasta bar started at 3 and replaced the omelet bar. Easter bunny was there as well. It was pricey and there is no senior discount.

   We dined in the outdoor seating area for Easter brunch, which offered a quieter and more serene atmosphere. Our 10:45 a.m. reservation allowed us to avoid the longer lines that developed later in the day. The buffet featured a diverse selection of high-quality dishes that were both well-prepared and satisfying.

   Overall serving experience was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced and it was my partners birthday so this severely unfortunate. Food, atmosphere, and drinks were amazing. Will hope that something will be done regarding the server to negate this from happening to other people.

   I made our reservation a month ago and was so happy I did. This place is stunning with such amazing architecture, high ceilings and a beautiful staircase.

   I was really disappointed with my experience here. 1) I requested a table in the Grand Hall over the phone and was told that would be no problem, but when I arrived, there was an event happening and we were sat in the River Room. The River Room was beautiful too, but the entire reason for my reservation was to sit in the Grand Hall, so my experience started off with a disappointment. 2) Service was okay, the workers weren’t that friendly and service was very slow. We were sat for a full hour before our entrees arrived. Maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be, it just felt awkwardly long. 3) The food is just ok, don’t expect to be wowed. My food was not very hot either, it looked like it sat for a bit. Overall I would not go back for the price and lackluster service.

   We would like to "Thank you" for an awesome brunch ~ our first visit with The Grand Concourse ~ when we made the reservation we requested *if possible* a great view of the waterfront as our youngest son is graduating from University of Pittsburgh this May & we wanted to make our time/visit as special as possible & our table & view was Grand! From the first contact at the Service Desk~ our Host who seated us & our Awesome Waiter were Professional ~ Receptive & Very Knowledgeable ~ Food was Delicious & we really appreciated the BEAUTIFUL Building ~ Thank you!!!

   We really enjoy the Sunday Brunch Buffet at The Grand Concourse. From the smoked salmon with onions, capers, and horseradish, to the custom omelettes, homemade donuts, and sticky buns with pecans, we enjoy the spread. The setting, in a former train station, is beautiful. After brunch we enjoy walking along the riverfront. The only thing we don't love is the coffee as we find it a bit bitter. A word of advice, make your reservation knowing that, at really busy times, you can still wait a half hour for your table. It's worth it, just plan accordingly
