   The light from the display was very bright, I had trouble seeing the person I was talking to. My chair originally was an arm chair that sat me too low at the table. I had to have it changed to a normal chair.

   They were out of about 1/3 of the steak items at a restaurant named Steak. Then the waiter tells us about the prime rib special. Does not mention any sides that automatically come with it. We then order a side of mashed potatoes. Still no comment about any sides that comes with prime rib special. Food comes from food runner, prime rib with a baked potato and the side of mashed potatoes. We ask our server why both and he says baked potato comes with the prime rib. I go to say why didn’t he tell us but he just walked away. Look, don’t care about the money but it feels like it was bill padding. The prime rib was $90 and the mashed was $20. No need for this nonsense. Overall I am extremely disappointed at our visit as they were out of the meat that was the whole reason we made the reservation and then dealing with an either unprofessional or incompetent server. Will not return and will think twice before considering another Ramsey property.

   To say our first time at Chef Gordon Ramsay's Steak at Harrah's in Atlantic City was anything less than exceptional would be downplaying our experience. From the very beginning, my son and I were welcomed warmly by the hostess. The entire establishment is impeccable. We ordered the prime rib special and the "seasoned crust" on the ends may have been the most flavorful thing I've ever eaten. The side of mac and cheese with 5 different cheeses was absolutely delicious, as was the "everything fries" served with the remoulade sauce. To finish it our night off, my son and I shared the salted caramel cheesecake slice which was outstanding. The staff were attentive to our food allergies (peanut/nut) and were more than courteous and professional. We will definitely be going back the next time the opportunity presents itself. Well done, Chef Ramsay!

    Steak was perfect in the middle but way over on the edges. By the time we realized it was over, we had eaten too much to be comfortable sending it back. After several trips to this restaurant, this is the first time we’ve left even slightly disappointed. Everything else was amazing. Appetizer, sides and dessert were all fantastic, thus the four star review.
