Love this place. Food is amazing and worth it. Be aware they do add a 20% service fee that isn't a tip, but to pay their staff and their health ins. So in the end you pay 40% more on your check with tip and servicefee. Plan ahead. But overall, amazing experience. Just make sure to be aware of that as we were not.

Overpriced food for what you are getting. The food is not that good. Won’t be going again.

We were seated immediately. Appetizers came out within 30 minutes. It took an hour and a half for our entrees to arrive. The table we were seated at had a broken light so the server brought over a light that went out before the food arrived. Some of our party used their cell phone flashlights to see their food. The food was fair. I’ve never had a dining experience where the sides were the best part of the meal until now. I would not recommend

Service was great. Staff was friendly! Portions were probably my only gripe. I ordered the filet which was supposed to be 8 ounces. Looked like like a 6 ounce and the side was a bit weird. Didn’t really make sense and wasn’t very visually appealing. My wife ordered the braised short rib and that looked great, but was a bit on the dry side. For what you are paying and the fact that they automatically add 20% service fee, which is not a tip, I guess I just expected a little more.

Overall, I’m extremely disappointed in my overall experience. This was supposed to be a special occasion in celebration of a birthday, but instead it turned into a terrible experience and we won’t be back. We even had to send an order back to the kitchen because we found hair in our food. The manager didn’t even have the decency to compensate us on the check. My food was overpriced and over cooked - with terrible service to top it off. I wasn’t expecting such poor service at a Gordon Ramsey establishment. Very disappointed and will reach out to the company leadership over our experience.

Started with the octopus.. The presentation was nice but the plate itself wasn’t very clean and appeared to have dried soap and water marks. They should be polished before being used. The dish itself was under temp and over cooked with next to no flavor. My main course was the beef wellington with a lobster tail.. it was cooked nice but a had a few different temps going on at one time. I like my dinner hot.. I personally prefer a little SALT. The service was perfect the experience was great. The food needs a little work but has potential. Wine was nice. I’ll be back.

Michael the waiter was absolutely outstanding. Extremely great service. Food was amazing, especially the meatballs, chicken, bread and pudding. Can’t recommend enough, especially as I was expecting it to be overrated.

First time and our experience was superb! Every dish arrived piping hot - which is very difficult to do and I really appreciated it. The one flaw - I had one oyster Rockefeller that was quite sandy, otherwise the meal was perfect! Prix Fixe with the wine pairing was amazing. The sauce that came with the Wellington was incredible - very impressive depth of flavor! I’ve never finished a dessert before and I licked the plate of the sticky toffee pudding. Our server was super helpful, energetic, and attentive.i would highly recommend!
