The food was exceptional. The service was okay We waited awhile for our food. We were on the blue side. Our waiter seemed to be extremely busy. Another waiter actually took our order overall I would go back for the food. Everything was cooked to perfection.

Normally, Gordon Ramsay restaurants are the top restaurant experience one can have, but sadly our Christmas Day dinner fell short. The food was delicious but part of our niece’s order was missing and we were tired of trying to catch our waiter at an opportune moment. I understand holidays are so busy and I greatly appreciate the staff for working a holiday - but for the cost, it did not live up to expectation.

The food was delicious but the portions sizes were small for the price and in comparison to similar restaurants at this level. The same applies to the wine pricing, high in comparison to similar restaurants for the same wine.

Overall the entire experience was amazing. The waiter was good. I guess I expected more. It was Christmas Eve and no Christmas music. The food was absolutely delicious.

They don’t tell you about the 25% service fee added until you get your check. I also got an espresso martini and substituted the liquor for stoli vanilla and was somehow a $6 upcharge. Also never mentioned that until check came. All in all I wouldn’t go back. Not worth the $$$

We had to send both steaks back because they were overcooked. One steak came back still overcooked. After that the food was great. Service was great. There was a loud group that sat beside us but it didn’t really bother us that much. We’ll have to settle for watching Gordon Ramsey on TV as we didn’t see him there. A great experience regardless of the hiccups.

There was a hair in my risotto almost appeared like a chin hair. It was black and curly. I let the server know, they took that off and then charge me for a new one.. with this type of food and class of Resturant the manger should have come out and spoke to us and we never should’ve been charged for the replacement, should’ve been a comp that’s unacceptable especially with how much money we spent… Do better, for that reason alone I will not recommend Gordon Ramsay would roll in his grave if he knew that’s the way that they dealt with it. I took my mother out for Christmas dinner As my father passed away in February, February and I want to do something special for her this Christmas as it is the first Christmas she has had without him. We got the risotto the scallops, tuna tartare both had a beef Wellington and a dessert… money wasn’t an issue, however the service was And lack of care that was disgusting. We have been a fan of Gordon Ramsey since the conception of Hells Kitchen and we have lived all of our lives in the Dmv area and was so excited to attend his restaurant and I know this is not the service He attended it to be.
