Located a block from the water in Downtown’s Met Square complex, the two-story restaurant will have ample space for diners to indulge in all of the restaurant's iconic menu items, spearheaded by one of the most talented chefs. The 16,736 square foot space includes a ground-floor patio and second-floor dining terrace, as well as a beautiful interior dining room. The interior design is set to emulate the hit television show’s set, with an open kitchen and contemporary bar, where diners can watch the iconic red and blue teams from their seat.

The bar serves a selection of both classic and signature cocktails; from a traditional Negroni and Old Fashioned to the innovative Smoke on the Water, served in a smoke-filled lantern, or the Notes from Gordon, complete with a personalized message from Chef Gordon Ramsay himself.

Honestly not impressed. Salmon was undercooked, food was under seasoned and the server asked for extra tip on top of the service charge which was 20% of our bill . You pay for the name . Miami location.

We had a fabulous meal at Hell’s Kitchen. It has been the best meal we’ve had on our 18 day trip. The flavours were sensational. The beef wellington is to die for here, perfection on a plate. Chapeau Gordon Ramsay.

This was much more than going to get food for us. My wife and I were celebrating our 31st Wedding Anniversary and are massive Gordon Ramsey fans, especially the “Hells Kitchen” show from season 1 to present. We were in search of the “experience” of a dining event that I am fully confident could have only been delivered by Gordon Ramsey Hells Kitchen! It delivered on positively every level. I fully anticipated the staff to be wonderful, however, it exceeded expectations as well. The staff cared and were receptive to what they knew was a “bucket list” dinner for us and made sure our moment was positively a lifetime memory. Beef Wellington surpassed my greatest anticipations, lobster risotto (I am not a seafood person in any way) left me wishing my wallet was an endless supplier of funds to more. Toffee Pudding easily the best dessert I have had. I also had two “Smoke on the Water” drinks because as with all that I mentioned, the drink was by no means simply a beverage, it was an experience needed to filmed a second time for when my memory fails me. Thank you to the staff and management for making our Wedding Anniversary fantastic!

I was let down by my experience today for the lunch menu. The service was good, our waitress was friendly and attentive, the whole reason I came to Hell's Kitchen Miami is because of how much I loved it in Las Vegas, I was greatly disappointed. First off, the Diet Coke was lacking syrup and carbonation, I brushed it off and ordered the Harrisa flatbread, it was an okay starter. Nothing to brag about. I ordered the Beef Wellington for my main dish expecting the same flavor and presentation as Las Vegas. Again, 1 was greatly let down. The beef Wellington itself looked like it was smooshed. The layer of mushrooms was so thick it had the filet slipping around like crazy, almost impossible to get a grip and cut it. It had a completely different taste in general which I thought was really strange. The red wine reduction didn't taste the same either and the mashed potatoes were salty. My friend ordered the backyard burger, it looked like something l'd make at home. To be fair, she did not notice it didn't come with lettuce or tomato but I would assume when someone is eating out at a "upscale" restaurant, the burger would at least look good enough to post online. The only thing that looked worth ordering was the idiot sandwich. The crab roll was also underwhelming. I don't know if it's because we came for lunch or because nobody was checking the plates before they came out, But this restaurant definitely has room to improve. I would've returned if our meals were ANYTHING like the one I had in Vegas. Unfortunately not.

Fantastic service and food was 10/10. Was disappointed that the scallop serving size is 3 scallops now instead of five. I know the server said it’s the same portion size but we looked at photos from previous trips and the sure do look the same. Taste was still spot on - but it definitely seems like less food for a greater price. We still come Back 2-3x a year but that was a turn off for my party.

Very overrated. Service was terrible. Waiter didn’t interact at all, couldn’t care less about us. Table wasn’t cleaned up between meals, had to wait for cutlery. Appetizers were good (big portions - would have been nice to know this) & mains were good, except for the chicken, which was dry. There was no care for us at all which was really disappointing as we were looking forward to this experience.

Wonderful experience. Food was fabulous. Waiter was fine. Ask for the secret 5 course fixed price menu. There’s a 3 course fixed price menu but the 5 course is so much better and is only $15 more. No idea why they don’t tell you about it unless you ask.
