Service was good. The wait for food was way too long. Food was not good enough for the price we paid. The waitress did a good job serving. Not her fault food was not exceptional. Would not recommend this restaurant to our friends.

We’ve been to pretty much every place Gordon Ramsay has open in Vegas! Each place was amazing. The Flamingo only options were great! Prices may fall into the pricey category but the quality of the food makes it worth every penny. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

We ordered the Backyard Burger which is a basic cheeseburger. We had two cooked options, pink inside or not. The burger came with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion and I believe it was on a seasame seed bun. Fries were included and were warm but not fresh. Fairly certain they are hot held under a heat lamp. This place is highly overrated and priced for what they serve.

The service was on par, kind and pleasant explaining the menu. I ordered a location specific item and unfortunately my chicken sandwich the bottom bun was super soggy and gross. Also by the time we got our food it was just barely warm. Overall our appetizer of jalapeño poppers is what made the evening. Everything else was just OK.

We had a reservation at 7:30pm to celebrate my daughter 21 day and it was our first time. we were sat and took about 25 mins for server to ask for our drinks. Drinks were served 20 mins later after we followed up. An hour later our food was served. We had a higher standard for a restaurant of this class.

Server forgot to take our food order after ordering and delivering appetizer, despite menus on table. When food order was finally taken and eventually delivered, it was cold burgers, fries, and congealed cheese. Second attempt at burgers had numerous whole bay leaves- 4 on one of the burgers. Gordon would have gone ballistic!

Fantastic food experience!! I got the brunch burger, and don’t be fooled by “spicy aioli”. It gave it such a lovely flair of flavor!! My wife got the GFC Sandwich, was a little spicier than she thought it would be, but it was so good!
