   Awesome new restaurant in town 👏 We shared the bison tartare, the mussels and the tenderloin; all absolutely amazing. The cured egg yolk on the tartare, the toasted sourdough with the mussels, the bone marrow butter on the tenderloin, each dish was divine. The service was great. Attentive, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

   This was the best food we’ve enjoyed in Canada since we moved here in 2019, bar none. The bison chop was tender and delicious, served with lentils that made my husband a “lentil believer” (he usually avoids lentils). My Alberta trout was pink, flavorful, local, and perfectly cooked, and served with the yummiest Brussels sprouts I’ve ever tasted and a potato rosti that managed to be elegant and scarfable at the same time. Super mains, and nicely done cocktails- the Poire 75 was so good! Service and ambiance also get an A+. Perfect for a date, a couples’ night out, or dining with friends who appreciate good, Canadian food.

   Favourite new restaurant in town, friendly staff and the food is unreal. Price is reasonable as well for such good quality.

   This is my new favourite restaurant. Food is exceptional. The service is wonderful and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a fantastic dining experience. I went with a group of friends including my vegetarian son. Lots of options. Delicious - he had the pesto that was on the feature menu. We had the beetroot cheesecake for dessert… sounds peculiar but it was fantastic. This is a must try in Banff.

   This was an incredible find! Open just a few weeks but with a stellar team ready for business. Everything was excellent from A-Z. Great food, cocktails, wine and ambience. Impeccable service.

   It was our first time there. Usually when it is a new restaurant the service is not right. Our server was on point, very knowledgeable and understood what we needed. Now the food! Wow! Our server, Ashley, recommended the risotto, the mussels and the tartare. We took the 3 of them. I mean WOW! The mussels and tartare were great and the risotto was out of this world. The best I ever tasted and I am very picky. Our night was great! Thanks for Ashley and the staff. Great food and wine! Awesome experience! I will go back soon.

   Banff’s newest restaurant did not disappoint, service was great, scallop appetiser was delicious as was the Filet entree with roasted root vegetables and to finish a Lamington with caramelised banana, will be dining again soon!

    For a starter, we enjoyed the Mussels with Thai Red Curry - the fresh basil really gave the dish a lift and the toasted sourdough was the perfect accompaniment to soak up the scrumptious sauce. Our main was sharing the Bone-in Ribeye (medium-rare) among three diners. Seeing as it's a 34 oz portion of meat, it was plenty for all of us. It came with flame-roasted squash and broccolini, plus creamy mashed potatoes. The dish could have used more potatoes, as there was barely a cup overall on the platter which is a bit lean even for two to share when the spuds are so good. The steak was served sliced, perfectly cooked, well-seasoned and extremely tender. For dessert we shared the Banana-Coconut Rum Lamington and the Orange Chocolate Tart. Of the two, the orange-chocolate tart was the favourite, because there was a lot going on in there with rich dark ganache, bright orange creamy topping, and a dash of ancho chile powder. When blended with the affogato, the dessert was a showstopper. The Lamington was pleasant as well, just more homey than the tart. Service was attentive and friendly. It was fun to sit next to the open kitchen and watch the staff prepare dishes. It wasn't too busy or loud, and there is a decent amount of space between tables. The decor is gorgeous with a lot of stone and warm wood. Overall, a bit of a splurge but a really nice addition to the restaurant scene in Banff!
