   My husband and I were at Glo tonight and were super impressed. The food was delicious and flavourful, the drinks yummy and the chocolate coconut torte finished it all off nicely. Our server was Alexis and she was amazing, a great representative for your restaurant. The best was being shocked at how low our bill was for the amount of food and drinks we had. The value was incredible. We will definitely be back and looking forward to being there for the summer atmosphere. 10/10

   Came for valentines from the mainland as I have raved about Glo to my husband for years, we finally made it to the island and came for a special valentines dinner. Unfortunately the regular menu was not offered, only a set menu- however it was never communicated to me that it was a set menu only. The host said there should have been a pop up on open table to inform us and a phone call- I received neither. We decided to stay because we knew we couldn’t get a reso anywhere else last minute on v day. Food was ok- my husbands onion rings were cold, my salad had no dressing, and fish was over poached, otherwise the flavour was good though! Drinks were yummy. During our experience the table next to us clearly got into an altercation with the server and then manager- it definitely was a scene and it appeared the one guest got kicked out of the restaurant. The server came to apologize for the scene however. Lastly we were getting up to leave and the new table next to us got served food of the main menu…. It was just really sad to see that they got an exception made but no one else did.

   The food is consistently good (I always over the same item, upon choice….and it just gets better & better). Serving staff are delightful.

   My mom and myself had a wonderful time at Glo restaurant and it was our first time there. Melissa was a super waiter and her recommendations were spot on for both of us. When you go to a restaurant for the first time sometimes it is best to just rely on your waiter's recommendations after explaining your desires and tastes? I loved the ambience and the layout of the restaurant which offered most tables as preferential seating. Excellent bar setup which also works well for single diners? All the staff from the Hostess and the others working there seemed to be very helpful and nice to their diners. The views are great, especially during lunch when the sun is shining. Both of us really liked the menu and I believe anyone can find a good, tasteful meal here. We will both be coming back soon, probably for dinner this time. I am just sorry that I didn't make the effort to dine at the Glo much sooner because I had heard in the past that it was an excellent Victoria restaurant.    The food was excellent and the service above excellent. The only negative was that there was a large group of women there who were very loud.

   It was little too loud, everything else was great but I having to fight with so many noises to hear a conversation

   Glo is our favourite restaurant in town. You can always rely on them for high quality food and top notch service. There was a DJ playing there on our last visit which brought the whole experience to a new level!

    The restaurant was so dark none of us could see the menus and it was so noisy it was almost impossible to carry on a conversation with our dinner guests.
