   This is our second time & the family feast roast had got smaller.The platter dish was smaller so harder to cut the chicken.The Yorkshire puddings weren’t included as were last time but the Waitress got them included,but were definitely smaller. Food was lovely but for same amount of money portions were definitely smaller & that’s only in last 4/5 weeks.We were told there was a new chief chef.

   Was advised on arrival that food was taking longer than expected. With an up to 30-minute wait. With that in mind, we decided to order nibbles while we waited, for our main food. We waited an hour and 30 minutes before getting bread and oil, and 3 oysters. We did ask on several occasions where our appetites were. A very short moment later our main food came out. In which the steak we ordered was overcooked as we asked for medium-rare. The ambience of the Glass House is lovely, and If it wasn't for a certain staff member who was very apologetic for the poor service. This review would be a lot worse.

   Lovely food, good service but had to wait a long time for food. This has happened on all 3 visits in the past 2 months. If you’re on a tight schedule I would re-consider or give yourself an extra 45 mins

   Can not fault The Glass House, Great food, great front of house team, food was well presented and cooked too perfection. We had a Booth for 10 ample room with a bit of privacy. Many Thanks

   We went for our son’s birthday, 7.30pm. Really nice atmosphere for a week night. Food was superb and Claire (hopefully spelt right)was the perfect hostess! We had a very enjoyable evening

   Lovely atmosphere and decor, and occupies a great spot on the seafront with fab views. Staff were friendly, smiling and attentive from the moment we entered. The food was really fresh and tasty, obviously using quality ingredients but not too expensive and really generous in portion size! Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, and lots on the menu that is different to the usual Eastbourne offering. My mum and I will definitely be regular visitors and are looking forward to coming back to try the cocktails!

   Excellent Sunday lunch. Highly recommended the family feast. More than enough for 4 people. Will definitely be back!!

   We had the family feast for Sunday lunch. It was excellent, good spread of meat and veg. Highly recommended.
