   Went here with 4 meat eaters for a birthday dinner & had a wonderful time from second we arrived! food was just so exciting, delicious & different from anything we had experienced before. We didn’t really have a clue what we were ordering & were initially a bit nervous about items like the coffee sausage or seaweed caviar. But that made each course such an experience as you just handed your tastebuds over to the kitchen & trusted them to look after them. Each course was sublime from mushroom brisket to miso parsnip- so many different tastes & textures on the same plate but all perfectly balanced with each other. Service was amazing with super friendly staff but incredibly knowledgeable too about everything on your plate. Drinks & food also arriving just in time at the same time was great- everyone could enjoy their food together at same pace. gorgeous surrounds too so well worth a special occasion, romantic dinner or looking to impress someone & definitely go for the three course option- you’ll remember it for a long time to come! Will be back soon as would love to see what lunch is like.

   If was our first time in Glas and it didn’t disappoint. Amazing food, wonderful atmosphere and fantastic service. We will be back again!

   Outstanding experience from the moment we walked through the door. Lovely welcome, great seats at the bar and excellent service. The 3 courses were delicious and as a meat lover I could not believe the quality and taste of the food, simply gorgeous. We travel to Dublin often and will be returning and I would recommend to everyone especially those like me who would usually choose meat or fish in the first instance to try Glas!

   For Dublin standards, this place is one to watch! All vegetarian but very surprising food, a warm and outstanding, fair service. Also, a flawless atmosphere. Keep up the good job!

   The food is always interesting and full of flavour. The servers are very friendly and knowledgable on the dishes. The wine was beautiful too. Always enjoy dining at Glas.

   I ordered vegan options for each course as was not disappointed by any of them. Even though some of the individual elements of each course were rather different to other places (sweet potato ice cream in the starter and a Jerusalem Artichoke Granola in the main for example) they worked very well in combination with the other items on the plates.

    Gorgeous food, absolutely outstanding service. The staff were so attentive and friendly, and everything we ate was wonderful. Each course was clearly so considered and well balanced. Also had some alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktail which were so so delicious. Lovely setting as well, perfect ambiance for a good meal. Walked away full and happy.
