This was my first date, and the ambiance was lovely. You descend into a basement location with dimmed lights and a few tables and a bar. They bring you a warm towel to wash your hands. The wait staff was knowledgeable and pleasant, a gentleman who answered all our questions. The wine selection was limited but very tasty. The Blue Fin Fish danced on our palates, and the Dante was equally delicious. The entire sushi selection was the best we’ve ever had. As you can tell, my first date went very well. One last thing to mention: we chose bar seating, and it was the best location to ask questions. The noise level was great, and we could hear ourselves clearly. It’s not a large venue at all. We highly recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to attend as a couple in the future.

This is your sushi spot in Cleveland! We have been there twice and both times were amazing. The location is very unique and the staff is incredibly friendly.

We had a really fun night at Gingko. The staff was very helpful with navigating the menu and amounts to order for 5 people. I was a little disappointed with some of the dishes as many were pretty fishy tasting which made me wonder about the freshness. Otherwise we loved the seared salmon and fresh scallop small plates and the tuna chips were fantastic as was the dessert!
