   Food wasn’t great, feel of the restaurant was just a bit grubby. I had the gravy train burger and the gravy sauce on the side was stone cold! The kids chicken burgers were dry! All in all pretty disappointing!

   Seven of us ate at GBK Brindley Place in Birmingham on Saturday 19th. We arrived to be told that there was currently no table for us, despite me having booked it weeks before. The reason for this? A group before us had waited at their table and refused to order food for an hour and a half because not everyone was there. The male member of staff who dealt with us was offended that I wasn't interested in the why of the problem, but how he was going to fix it. A female member of staff (possibly a manager?) did then help solve the problem by pushing two tables together, although one was very unsteady, the extra seats were basic canteen chairs, and one member of the group was sat in a thoroughfare. The tablet ordering system took far too long, and we were asked to give a tip before we had received any food or drink! The food took too long to arrive, one burger was mysteriously missing and had to be ordered again, and we we were given the wrong drinks and had to ask for the ones we had ordered. All in all not a great experience. I won't be returning.

   We booked in and we were told they were to busy to take us in they said they were fully booked even tho we had booked. They had plenty of tables empty inside and out. It’s just not acceptable

   Ate here with my husband recently, for the first time and we definitely will not be going back. The food was luke warm and I thought very over priced for what we got. The chunky chips are just normal chips and the burger patties are really thin. If you just want a burger, go to MacDonald's and save your money.

   Visited Brindley Place GBK again and experience was amazing as usual. Love the new menu. Tried the K-Town, Patty Melt and Loaded Fries and they didn’t disappoint.

   Poor service from the man that bought our food and drinks just literally put it on the table and walked away. He put the plate on top of my phone.

   More fast food than restaurant experience. It was busy, staff were rushing and that meant they made mistakes. All our food came rare but we hadn't ordered it that way. They forgot our special requests such as no cheese and adding paprika onions. We were in a hurry so just had to live with it. That said the food was good. Lovely burgers and milkshakes.
