   We were celebrating my son‘s birthday. The atmosphere was excellent and the food excellent !!!The manager was awesome and the staff was very efficient and prompt.

   Food is always amazing!! Service is excellent also. Bar Drinks are a little pricey but that's the only tiny negative.

   We visited the Katy location. Incredible service, amazing salad bar and way more meat than I could eat. Those cheese rolls are delicious too!

   We had a delicious anniversary dinner. The salad bar was amazing and the meats were scrumptious. As an extra surprise, the dessert was yummy and complimentary as well as the glass of champagne. We highly recommend eating st Gauchos for any occasion.

   Not impressed with how the host treated us - lack of warmth and not very welcoming in her demeanor upon our arrival and when being seated. This is pretty important to me because it usually sets the tone for a restaurant experience and they just did not seem like they cared. However, our waiter and the staff who brought around the meats were excellent. The meats and salad bar were delicious as well! Overall a nice date night spot but just unhappy with the host staff working at the front desk.

   Overall experience was good. Had to wait about 20mins to be seated regardless having a reservation. Food is great however I wish they would’ve came around more often as there were other cuts of meat I would’ve liked to try. Will visit again.

    We always go a LOT to Gauchos Do Sul in Katy, BUT with our anniversary on the 15th February we were VERY disappointed. First of all we ask for a quite place because we both cannot hear very good and it is load in the open area.....The lady in the front was very very rude that seated us, and sit us in the lounge where we couldn't even hear each other......Then we were waiting for our meat to come for more than 10 min. what is NOT good. Both me and my husband like to eat our meat with our salad, not WAIT 10 MINUTES for meat to come out. We were very disappointed this time.
