    Le service et la nourriture sont de haut niveau et constant suite à une deuxième visiste, cette fois ci avecc un groupe de 6. Définitivement un des cinq top resto du vieux Montréal !

    Beau resto au centre du vieux Montréal. Ambiance chaleureuse. Le tartare de thon était parfaitement assaisonné! La joue braisée sur risotto aux safrans était magnifique.

    This was a great place to pop into, warm up with some much-needed brasserie-style brunch, and re-constitute mind and body. Service was very minimal. Almost by design, perhaps? Pretty good selection of wines, with some kind assistance from the server in terms of recommendations. Ambiance was fairly standard for an urban brasserie, and its location near the port was also pleasant. I got seated next to the street-facing window, which I don't recommend in wintery Montreal. Food quality was good, and it did what needed done. Warmed the soul. Leon Beyer Riesling was a well-suited recommendation, and a detour. I was aiming for Gamay, but thoroughly enjoyed this chiseled Alsatian gem. For as many options as there are in the heart of Montreal, I don't suppose I'll return. But I don't think you can go wrong if your journey somehow leads to Gaspar.

    Wonderful Canadian fare in a lively setting. We tried a variety if dishes and everything was delicious! A selection of meats and cheeses, beet salad yum, beef cheek and onion soup. Our server Rachel was fantastic — very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She made our experience excellent.

    SUPERB!!! My husband & I had a lovely dinner here on a Thursday evening. Everything was SUPERB from the moment we walked in. Friendly greeting at the door, seated at a cute table towards the back dining room, and very professional, personable, prompt wait staff. The head waiter at our table was fantastic as was his lovely support staff. Our drinks were delicious and our 2 appetizers and mains were fantastic. Dishes were beautifully plated and incredible bite after bite. Not one miss throughout our lovely dining experience. I HIGHLY recommend a wonderful dining experience here.

    Dined with Gasper while staying in the adjoining hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary. The staff, specifically Ludo was warm, welcoming, and made every effort to make our evening memorable. Would highly recommend!!
