   Much room for improvement. The fireplace was not working (what I wanted for ambiance) and the food is mediocre at best. The service was polite and efficient.

   It was a quieter night and had a great dinner with friends! We enjoyed all their dishes and there was a nice acoustic guitar player creating a very relaxing yet joyful ambiance. Definitely would come back!

   Never again on a Saturday night! We went to the Day of the Dead parade at Old Town and all surrounding restaurants were booked. So we got a reservation online for 7 pm at Gardunoz. We got there at 6:30 and they wouldn't seat us. They had a wedding going on as well as two big tables of about 20 each. I only saw 2 waiters; 3 front of desk people to seat you. So we had a drink from the bar and waited outside the restaurant at a table they had there. At 7:10 we asked again and they said soon. Finally seated at 7:30. Waited another 15 minutes with no water and no menus before we just left. Quickly drove to the Bernalillo Range where we were seated right away, served quickly and it was all declicious.

   we've heard great things about this restaurant. I'm not sure if they were having an off night or not but the food was mediocre at best. we stayed at the hotel and thought it was lovely. the dining room was chill and clean. just a bummer that the last dinner we had was not as amazing as everywhere else we ate.

   Our waitress was very inattentive. She even forgot one of our ordered items. The food was only fair as the steak fajitas were cold. She didn’t even present the bill to us. Just put the paper receipt on the table. No little notebook. We were underwhelmed.

   Only one waitress who said she could not serve wine or spirits because the cabinets were locked. Later, the chef managed to unlock them. Waitress said she would never have come in if she had known she'd be working solo. Ordered nachos, with chicken. Nachos were soggy, chicken was bland, and everything was drowned in nearly flavorless cheese. Could not finish this appetizer, which it certainly was not, and ordered nothing else. There was no host at the door, and we watched as potential patrons left after waiting too long. Another customer, on his way out, told a few who were waiting not to bother and to go elsewhere. Incredibly, the hotel where this restaurant is based was hosting a major convention and the potential for a solid lunch crowd was totally missed. This was by far the worst meal we have ever had in Albuquerque.

    Service was mediocre, waitress was very preoccupied by something and got our order wrong, was somewhat confused about what was included with our lunch so we had to order sides to complete the dish. Food was OK not what we are use to after eating at Garduño’s over the last 20+ years. Fajitas were tender but lacked flavor. Chips and salsa were tasty and good.
