Great spot. Food was perfect, especially the raw oysters. Has an old school steakhouse feel too It’s not cheap but it’s also not over the top pricey. Highly recommend it

This is our favorite restaurant not only because the food is delicious and reasonably priced, but the wait staff are all extremely friendly and efficient.

We’ve dined at Galo about 5 times, and while the food is usually good, last night’s meal was pretty disappointing. The swordfish was awful - it was severely overcooked, and tasted funky. My dining companions were not thrilled with the pork loin and chicken either. Fortunately, the desserts were enjoyable, and the waitress was pleasant. Maybe Galo was just having an off night, but it was definitely not a good meal.

The food was best I’ve had there. My husband’s burger was delicious and so was my salmon. I don’t know why but the mashed potatoes were perfect, creamy and tasteful. Will be dining there again soon.

Tavern 18 is our favorite restaurant. We go as a family often; this time was particularly special as our oldest son was treating everyone to dinner! The service and food was impeccable. Our waiter was great as well as the rest of the staff! Half price steak night is a great buy!! The manager Bruno always takes the time to say hello and make us feel welcome.
