   Gaetano is a neighbourhood gem. Solid, good wine selection, good food and very friendly service. My best dish today was the vitello tonatto.

   Another great evening. We got lucky and got 2 seats at the new remodeled bar. If you haven’t been there lately you must go in and check it out. Plus check out their “reverse” happy hour from 8-9. Really good deals on delicious food. Great job on the bar reset!!

   We always enjoy dining at Gaetano's. The food is fresh and made to order. And the service is impeccable. It is a fine dining experience with real tablecloths and napkins with moderate prices. We are very fortunate to have Gaetano's in our neighborhood.

   We continue to enjoy Gaetano's because they excel in every aspect of what a high-end restaurant should be, and we've never had a bad meal or experience. They truly care your time there is the best it can be, and seeing the same staff there over the years shows they care about everyone - both customers and employees.

   I booked a reservation for my husband and I for his birthday. I love that once we arrived they acknowledged his special day before we were even seated. Overall the attentiveness of the staff was excellent!! It was a little overbearing at times, which I feel they can dial back on just a little. The food was a 3.5/ 5. We ordered the eggplant with angel hair pasta and chicken parmigiana. It was hot and fresh, and came out at a decent time. But unfortunately the flavor of the tomato sauce truly lacked! We were hoping for more of fresh mozzarella as well. The orange soda was pretty good. I appreciated that they brought my husband a birthday dessert as well , which made him feel very special. It was a pretty decent dinner, beautiful atmosphere, with great staff, I just hope they boost the flavor !

   In our opinion, Gaetano’s Ristorante is the premiere choice for celebrating special occasions! Although we come frequently, this evening we were there for a birthday and Gaetano’s did not disappoint! We had the most divine food, wines, appetizers and desserts! Almost instantly after being shown to our table, we were presented with bruschetta and rustic bread (definitely take-home-for-breakfast worthy!) Then the server proudly delineated the specials from each category, and he had us both salivating and agonizing over making the best choice! You could tell he knew the offerings and was enjoying telling us about them! We’re already in nirvana over the butternut squash ravioli, which is a fave of ours, and last night it was paired with the duck a l’orange. However, two of our party wanted the beef tips over pappardelle, but that entree choice didn’t feature the butternut squash ravioli side. No worries - they switched out our sides for us and we were like in rapture anticipating our meal! (Our other ‘contender’ was the salmon.) Oh, bring on the joy & happiness!!! Everything was fabulous, and topped off with tiramisu, gelato, and espressos! It was truly a grand and memorable dining experience, and the ‘transport’ vibe into the realm of a fine dining experience in Italy is thoroughly convincing!!! Gaetano’s is truly special, and we appreciate all the staff who work so hard to share their passion for fine dining cuisine with people who appreciate an elevated dining experience! Thank you, Nick, and Gaetano’s!

   Celebrated Greg’s birthday with the beautiful Sarah getting the gift on the table before the birthday boy noticed, Austin was flawless and Nic was as charming as ever. See you all again.

    Best authentic Italian in the area. One of our repeat favorites. The restaurant and new bar, staff and food are simply excellent. Presentation of dishes are beautifully done. We introduced two friends to Gaetanos and they loved, loved, loved the restaurant, food and staff. Both are foodies, taken cooking classes in Italy and raved about Gaetano's dishes. It is such a nice touch when the owner, Nick, makes a special effort to visit each table and ask about our evening. This restaurant is truly a class above most with a delightful family history and warm and caring staff.
