    The whole experience was very unique and very entertaining. The food is not as good as the ambiance of the restaurant and it’s so loud you cannot have a conversation so it’s a great place to celebrate something but not the best for a regular dinner

    Took my sister and 14 of her friends here for her birthday. She had the time of her life and will remember for the rest of her life. Service was amazing especially Brittney and Jorge!

    This has to be our #1 dining experience in Cancun. A stunning venue (totally unexpected design), built over the water which was open and yet intimate. The service was exceptional. We met the owner (Diego) prior to the end of the eve. As an added bonus, I mentioned to our server (excellent fellow, and I wish I could remember his name) that I had heard there is a crocodile that frequents the area. He said, yes! We've named him "Poncho." Before long, as we gazed out over the water, Poncho swam by. Amazing. No worries - totally safe. We are above, he is swimming in the water below. Absolutely fabulous. The food is top notch. The drinks were wonderful. We were treated to a truly world class evening. We booked early before the restaurant was busy (we ate at 6:30pm). It is a very good sized place and again, you have to see it to believe it. Thank you, Diego!

    The entire night was a wonderful Experience (capital E). Beautiful place literally over the water. Lighting and ambience was spectacular. Food was delicious. Cannot say enough good things about Funky Geisha.
