   Absolutely love Frankie Bones! Open table makes reserving so easy. Lots of choices for a keto diet which we appreciate. Hubby tried a trifecta pasta dish that he could only eat half of because the portions are so generous!❤️

   We go here on average about once a month. Food has been consistently wonderful, from salad to dessert. Very friendly servers. Great atmosphere.

   My wife and I asked the waitress for a house red blend and ended up getting charged almost $40 for 2 glasses of wine. She definitely didn't understand the request or just wanted us to have a bigger bill for a bigger tip. Won't make that mistake again.

   We had a relaxed dinner with friends, service was wonderful with our server pleasant, accurate and prompt. As always, we enjoyed our meal, Frankie Bones is one of my favorite restaurants. It was my birthday, and my choice!

   Our server was pleasant enough, but instead of prime rib, they served my daughter a NY steak, and my sister asked for no mushrooms and her dish was loaded with mushrooms. We sent back both items and when my sisters meal came back, it didn’t have items separated like it did the first time, so it looked like they had just fished out the mushrooms instead of preparing a new dish. Those of us that got the correct meals were pretty much done when they got their replacements. Eventually a manager came by and asked if how everything was, but did not indicate that he was aware of errors made. I would have expected him to be notified that we had received incorrect meals, and for him or our server to offer some compensation for the errors (at least a free dessert), or at least an apology. We will not be going back.

   We ate this restaurant to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. Things started with a difficult hostess, trying to put us in a small booth in the bar area. When we asked for a larger booth, so we could sit together, she decided to sit us at a table. I spoke up and asked that we move to a booth since we were celebrating my wife’s birthday, and her body language totally changed, as well as her tone in her voice. that definitely put a sour taste in my mouth. I made sure to put on the OpenTable reservation that we were celebrating my wife’s birthday. Once a server came, she seemed to want to rush us to order. I made sure to take our time since we were hoping to enjoy a nice meal together. We finally placed our order only to find out that one of the specials was already sold out for dinner by 645 at night. So I had to make a decision once again. when the food finally came out, nothing had any flavor. The steak was bland, my wife schnitzel was very bland. Mashed potatoes were cold. I’d also let the server know. I had an onion allergy and I’d ordered the stuffed shrimp. When I started cutting up the stuffed shrimp, it was full of onions. So I spoke up and she had forgotten there was onions in it so she decided to have my tire meal refilled. That took another 20 minutes. So my wife is sitting there eating her bland food while waiting on me. When the refi finally arrive, it was split up on two plates because the server made it error when re-putting it in. This time I was given grilled shrimp that was very rubbery and cold. The manager on duty made a joke that I had plenty of food to take home and I told him I would be giving it to my dogs. I appreciate that they ended up comping my meal, but that’s besides the point. You could hear yelling going on in the kitchen. It just did not make for a great place to celebrate a milestone occasion. The staff made no recognition for the birthday. It was just a very unsatisfactory dinner and I do not plan to return again.

    Wonderful server, Megan (I think I got her name correct)!! She was enthusiastic and pleasant. My husband ordered the rib tips over pasta and said they were great; had the leftovers today for lunch. My kids got chicken and pasta and chicken piccata - their usuals - and I tried the ribs which were delicious.
