   The service here was excellent. We went for my husband‘s birthday and they started us off with two glasses of champagne. The food was all delicious. There were lots of very different choices. We would definitely go back to this restaurant.

   My wife and I ate here for our anniversary. The ambiance is amazing - dark & lit with modern LED lighting and feels like a swanky spot in LA. The waiter was very professional and he had an assistant who helped fill waters and remove utensils and plates as we finished eating. The food was spectacular and its plate presentation was superbly done with artistic value. Everything we had was delicious and amazing. My wife had a few cocktails which we crafted well and tasted amazing. The deserts were also very good and were handmade. I was impressed. Expect to spend $350-$450 (including 18-20% tip) 2 cocktails, appetizer, salads, and mains. The $$$$$ price is worth it. We love farm to table restaurants and this Asian-Fusion restaurant is in our Top 10.

   The restaurant is very lovely and low key. Our waitress was warm friendly and very helpful with suggestions. We started with the pork belly bao buns which were terrific and a recommended delicious white wine. We shared the carrots( delicious) and salad for the table. I had a filet mignon which was tender and delicious. Everyone enjoyed various main meals including scallops and chicken. Finished the evening off with the delicious warm apple torte. Looking forward to returning.

   We’ve been to Fortu twice and it’s one of the best restaurants in St. Pete. It’s also in a good location, a bit south of the busiest part of Beach Drive. Nice vibe. Definitely a top tier option.

   My second time here and it was outstanding. Sat out on the beautiful patio with a girlfriend and my brother. Our server was amazing very knowledgeable and excited about the menu. Great wine list. We all split the amazing mushroom fried rice, tuna, wontons, cabbage and pasta. All delicious and we were very full! Definitely top restaurant in St Pete. Try Allelo too. Otherwise Beach Drive is just ok for restaurants.

   I recently dined at FORTU, a fantastic Pan-Asian restaurant and had a truly enjoyable experience. The decor was beautifully done, the lighting in the dining area was perfect—not too bright, but enough to create a warm and intimate atmosphere. It made for a very comfortable and relaxing dining environment. I had a reservation, and although there was a brief 15-minute wait, the staff made the time pass quickly. The waiter who served us was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the menu in detail, offering excellent recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. The service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing. As for the food, it was incredibly flavorful and tasted amazing. Each dish was perfectly prepared with vibrant, fresh ingredients, and the balance of spices and seasonings was spot on. The portion sizes were generous and shareable, making it perfect for enjoying a variety of dishes with friends or family. Overall, the ambiance, the staff’s expertise, and the outstanding food made it a standout experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

    The flavors of each dish were outstanding, and the craft cocktails were all delicious. The restaurant is busy and noisy, but not so much as to where you can't hear the other people at your table, and your waiter never forgets you.
