   Unforgettable night celebrating our anniversary at FdM. They treated us with commentary champagne which was a very thoughtful touch. Our server, Drago what extremely helpful when it came to selecting our cuisine and made us feel very welcome. Thank you, Forte Dei Marmi team. Incredible.

   Every time we go, it’s a great experience. Awesome service, the Cacio e Pepe Truffle pasta is one of our favorites. The best Italian place in Miami!

   Food was excellent our waiter Drago was very attentive and sweet. Loved the vibe, good music, low lighting, and people all around. Would recommend if you’re in Miami looking for great Italian.

   Our experience this time was less enjoyable than our previous two visits. When I booked the reservation, I noted that it was my wife’s birthday but the server had no idea until I said something. Our first two visits were better than this one.

   Unlike some reviews we read, overall, we had a very good experience at this restaurant (2nd time we'd been here). We had the gem salad (very good; deconstructed), shared the pasta with mushrooms (again, very good, huge portion) and had the swordfish and ahi tuna. I love pistachio ice cream, so opted for the "tower" (which it really was). The biggest problem I had here was that the waiter should have advised us better. Instead of saying "try 2 pastas and I will split them for you", I'm so glad we only split one pasta which was, as I said, a large portion. He also should have told us to only have the pistachio tower if there were 4 of us instead of just my husband and me. Still, the food and ambience, as well as the overall service, were excellent and we would come again (with these caveats).

    Last time I was here I was 5 mins late and they gave away my table. This time I was 5 mins early. I waited 1 hr for my table and then dinner took another 1.5 hrs. In fact we cancelled the last entree because we were so tired and annoyed from waiting. Great food, but substandard service. Btw, I own 3 very successful restaurants so not like I don’t understand the biz. Unacceptable and won’t be back sadly. Been here many many times.
