Fog Rose Atelier is a dream for afternoon tea! The ambiance is intimate, luxurious, and bright. I found the tea list well-curated and was able to try as many as my heart desired. The tiered treats were as stunning as they were delicious!

I wish they just put the teapots on the table we had to keep waiting for our tea to be filled. Also, wish the top tier desserts were smaller size and get more scones.

Overall okay. Just that there was couple kids running around in the restaurant, the noise level was a bit high. Food was okay. Not outstanding.

We have been to Fogrose when they were at their Bellevue location and thoroughly enjoyed it. Food, environment, service, very well executed. The current incarnation in Kirkland is a bit different. The feel is much more casual and the setting a mix between a kids birthday party setting - there is a basket of costume tiaras and hats to wear - and a quickly assembled pop up/temporary space. The star of the show is the quality and sophistication of the food which felt out of place in the casual surrounding and was delicious and fresh. A great mix of savory and sweet. A great variety of teas not quite as hot as I’d prefer but flavorful.

Beautiful addition to the downtown Kirkland vibe! A better understanding of where the front door is located is a necessary addition for this business, but overall a wonderful setting, good tea, delicious food. We really enjoyed our time.

Lovely afternoon tea experience. Food was pretty good. It's a unique afternoon tea in the they allow you to try as many teas as you want on the menu rather than having you commit to a type. Atmosphere and space was stylish and modern, with comfortable seating. Price was less steep than other afternoon teas in the area. Good experience and would go again.

Loved our time here. Food was delicious. We had ratatouille, sandwiches, scones and some desserts. They were very nice, and tea came quick! We were all able to try many different types. The spoons and table settings were very cute and they had tiaras you could wear. A very expensive day, but 90 minutes was the right amount of time to appreciate it.

Food and tea were good. Staff were friendly enough. They’re applying for a liquor license so it will be nice to order a cocktail or glass of wine while dining. It was a good amount of food. My friend and I left full. I feel like their desserts could’ve been better. They need to offer something with chocolate. They had a good selection of teas. The menu is pre-fixed but they do ask if you have any dietary restrictions when you first sit down.

We had a lovely experience today at FogRose. Our server, Cassandra, was very attentive. I saw some earlier reviews indicating that they appeared to be understaffed, but the two servers were on top of it (multiple tea pours) and the food was delicious and more than enough for two (we took home leftovers). Prior reviews had mentioned that it was difficult to find and I agree that if we hadn't arrived earlier, we may have been late for our reservation. There is no permanent exterior signage for FogRose. Instead, look for the Sotheby's sign. The street address is accurate. We will be back!

Very cute restaurant in a modern space! We had the afternoon high tea service, which offered unlimited tea within the 90 minute reservation timeframe. I think we had about 12 tea options to choose from, with most being organic, and 3 herbal tea options. Diners signal they are ready for another cup by placing their tea strainer in their cup; our servers came by within a reasonably fast timeframe. The tea was served in pretty china and gold-colored silverware, and the chairs were plush velvet seats. In terms of the meal, my husband is vegan, and they were able to accommodate with vegetarian/vegan options since we let them know when we made the reservation. The food and tea were delicious, although since I am not a fan of sweet food, they said next time, I can let them know ahead of time and they can modify the dessert tray options for me. We were told that the menu for the afternoon high tea service changes on a monthly basis, so we look forward to returning!
