   We got to the restaurant on time for our reservation but were seated 25 minutes later. Then, we began eating and the servers with the meat rarely came to our table. They would go to ones next and around us but skipped over us completely even when the cards on our table were green. The manager had to come out and ask if we were doing alright but we expressed how we haven’t been receiving any of the food. Lastly, the server forgot two of our ordered drinks and the desserts were all either frozen cold or overcooked (the crème brûlée). Overall, very unsatisfied with the experience and disappointed.

   I took my wife out last night to celebrate her birthday, eager to make the evening special. We began our night with a cocktail at the bar, where the service was attentive, but I couldn't help but notice the surroundings. The ambiance felt a bit shabby; the carpet was frayed, the furniture showed signs of significant wear, and the bar area appeared neglected, with crumbs scattered on the surfaces. After a while, we were escorted to our table for dinner. Our first waitress approached with a warm smile, explaining the unique dining experience we were about to enjoy, initially setting a positive tone for the evening. Eager to savor our meal, we headed to the food station to select our sides and returned to our table, anticipation building. However, after about 15 minutes of waiting, the first meat dish finally arrived at our table. In the following hour, we received five additional meat selections, but to our disappointment, the quality was inconsistent. Some meats were overly cooked, while others were still raw, leaving us disheartened. When I inquired about a specific meat I was eager to try before we left, it took another 20 frustrating minutes for it to arrive. I couldn't discern whether the delays were due to understaffing or a lack of skilled cooks, but the fact that half of the meats we expected never made it to our table. To top it all off, despite our celebration, not a single staff member acknowledged my wife's birthday. No one offered a simple "Happy Birthday," a scoop of ice cream, or even a slice of cake to make the occasion feel special. With so many other dining options in Woodland Hills, I would advise others to think twice before choosing this restaurant for any significant celebration.

   It was a great experience. Terry and Monica were very attentive. And the grill pineapples by Alex was the best! This experience was the highlight of my husband’s birthday.

   I don’t really care for cold veggies. I was surprised that the buffet style sides were chilled. The steak selection was awesome. I just have to make sure I ask for med/well BEFORE the out it in my plate. I got some pretty rare meat that I was not expecting and it was very juicy if you know what I mean. 😢

   Sadly this place is a hit or miss. Last time I came everything was just perfect with wonderful service. This time the place was packed. Never saw our server and the meets were mediocre and raw. The manager is great and so are the people that do the meats but sadly you come here for the meats and the quality or flavor where just not there this time :(

   Worst service experience ever, server introduced herself and we never saw her again, I requested drink and 20 minutes later they came up to us claiming they are out of vodka, C’mon people it’s Woodland Hills, Costco is right across the street, ir was my daughter’s birthday she asked for grilled pineapple which they brought at the end of our meal after we constantly asked for it throughout dinner, no one seems to care for us, the guests!!!

   we dine here all the time. But this visit was weird, we made an open table reservation 1wk ahead the date of dining. And when we got to the checkin 2ladies said we have to wait regardless of the reservation. we stayed at the bar for about an hour and they completely passed us up and forgot about us. I had to stand in front of them to remind them to seat us. (ppl who had no reservations were seated before us). Not acceptable!!

   I'm use to eatinbg at the Beverly Hills Fogo de Chao for years and I expected the new one in Woodland Hills to be comparable - but not even close. I had a 6:30 pm reservation and at 7:02 pm I went up to find out what was going on - even though there were 3 at the host stand nobody seemed to know but within 10 minutes after that I was seated (very late!!) - something that never happened at Beverly Hills in all the years I went. We ordered drinks at the table and then got up and got the salad bar. The salad bar was nice (although about half the size of normal), sat down and really enjoyed the salad. After finishing the plate of food, still no drinks, even water. Again asking for the drinks, they finally came after we started the meats (which were good). The sides (plantains and mashed potatoes) showed up as appropriate but the puffy bread didn't for another 15 minutes. Finally after sitting for 15 minutes with empty glasses, we were asked if we wanted more - and they showed up in another 15 minutes. But at least the meat dishes kept coming. I'm not really sure what the issue was in this non-Fogo performance, but the management was extremely poor, the restaurant was understaffed and they seemed to have added extra temporary tables. This place needs to either fix it's problems or lose the name. Very Sad!!

    Three of us dined. I'll start with bar area, took alittle longer to get a drink, restaurant was very busy on a Friday night. I had Brazillian passion fruit drink, husband Malbec, both enjoyed. My friend ordered martini came in a wine glass, seemed very small portion, & didn't taste any alcohol. She complained, (which they were very nice about) explained that all is portioned out, sorry it was in a wine glass. She ordered another, which they put in martini glass this time, portion was perfect & definetly alcohol. She mentioned to server but they dismissed & still charged her for second drink?? She didn't want to push issue, so dropped it. We all ordered the "Experience" dinners. Market buffet was good, but with all the varieties nothing was really that great. We enjoyed the bacon wrapped meat, lamb, we asked for filet & preferred med. rare, it came out little over cooked & dry. We felt the other cuts of meat were also dry. We enjoyed the experience & staff but for the price next time we'll order ala carte items. As I said it was very busy evening & people seemed to be having a great time.
