   Great experience! New Year’s dinner with my family, from the door to our seat, the warm welcome, first time dining so our server gave us an introduction on what to expect and we enjoyed everything, the food and the feeling that you’re celebrating or dining at your own home.    Food is just okay, but the service is wonderful. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. It’s too bad that the food doesn’t match the service.

   We have been to this location and are very happy that there is one in Woodland Hills now it's part of the Q apartment complex on Topanga Boulevard. It's only valet parking, which is OK. I made reservations through OpenTable but sadly every time I make reservations, we still have to wait 20 minutes which sort of defeats the purpose of making reservations and I do understand that they are busy but sometimes people have time constraints. Overall, the food is always excellent. The meat is quality meat. The server seem to be a bit overwhelmed. Sometimes you ask for things and they just never show up. Not sure if this is some Brazilian leser Faire attitude or just the time but this has happened 3 times. Lastly some meats are just way too salty. It hinders your ability to taste the flavor

   One of the worst experiences I’ve had at Fogo. It is sort of a Christmas Day tradition for the entire family to gather for lunch at Fogo. Had to wait way past our reservation time, which was difficult given we had young kids with us. Service was poor and we barely got any meat. There were very few meat servers and even overall staff was scarce. We had to complain numerous times to get a small selection of meat. When we did get served meat, it was not up to par. Service was poor. Not sure if it’s the location, because other locations I’ve been at we don’t have this poor of an experience. Won’t be returning anytime soon and will be changing our annual tradition.

    Service from the young man refilling our water and taking our plates was great. The waiter who took our order disappeared so I can’t say it was great service. The seating was also not that great. We were not a fan of the corner seating.
