   This was my first time at this location. The parking is the worse thing. You have to figure out where to park in order to be close to the restaurant, then there is not an inside door to enter from the mall, so you have to walk around to the outside. The food was delicious and the waffles were some of the best I've had (we went for brunch). I only have one critique... The waiters who very attentive and at the same time very overwhelming that we could barely have a conversation because someone was always coming to the table between them and the meat handlers. If you want intimacy this is not the place but if you want a good meal with good service proceed!!

   Had a reservation and didn’t get seated until an hour and half after. Called numerous times just to watch others come and get seated before me. Waitress never gave silverware or napkins had to ask another person. Also was denied all you can eat for 15 minutes until correctly the waitress gave us the flips.

   Waited over 45 minutes from reservation time for a table with poor communication and lack of transparency or honesty from staff on expectations to be seated. Service once seated was very slow, bar drinks were delayed, amount and variety of meats were below standard and expectations set by other Fogo restaurants. Overall disappointing. Do not recommend this location.

   Made reservations still waited 20 min to be seated. People walking in the door got seated before us. First server took our drink order. Waited 20 min asked where our drinks where. Waited 10 more min for our drinks. Servers were skipping small tables and serving meat to large groups first. Waited 5 to 10 min between servers for another sliver of meat.

   Food was ok and there was a lot of it. But service was spotty. Several different waitpersons would come by and ask if all was ok - yet when asked for drinks (refills), extra silverware, certain foods (French fries for kids) - it was a LONG WAIT…even though several requests for the same items were made! I do enjoy the variety of meats - but the service was not very quick - although it was attentive - if that makes sense. Once a year visits are good enough for me. It is an experience!

   Very cramped, the layout is not the best. Very slow with getting our check when we were finished. Too many different servers were involved so it was hard to tell who was actually following up on refilling our drinks or getting anything we asked for.

    Terrible. We had the wine tasting experience and the 3 glasses of wine were the best thing about the whole night. We had the same cheap appetizers served for first 1.5 half and the servers came with meat 2-3 times in the period of 1 hour. The meat wasn’t tasty at all. It was either too rare or too dry. Do not recommend and would never go back. This place will not make it. The servers were nice but very inexperienced. Overall waste of time and money.
