   Really rude hostess at the front. Please don't roll your eyes, Miss. They made us wait 25 mins for our reservation. Why bother making one? Couldn't get the attention of most of the meat servers. Our waiter was very rude to one guest when she requested a change to her order. Made excuses for drinks being very late and for unavailability of some meats despite repeated requests.

   We all got the all you can eat meat. 5 times they came by with sirloin….we wanted all the meats. Had to ask our server and other servers since our server was barely around, that we would really like to try ALL of the meat selections. Would never visit this location again. Was not worth the money.

   This is a nice location sit by the window if you like to view the city while eating dinner great attention to detail

   Poor personal service from the time the receptionist showed us in, to the time our main server explained to us the menu, pushing us towards a specific menu item even though we were very clear from the outset we are interested in the bar menu, to him ignoring us when we decided on another item because they were out of one of the original items we ordered, to the second server telling us that an item on the bar menu is not available because the whole section of the bar menu is not available after 4 PM (which later on we found out was not true). The only person who had any kind of hospitality etiquette was the customer support lady who showed up later on in our experience.

   Amazing experience at this location and our waitress Meryam was such a sweetheart who was working very hard to keep our table satisfied. It was nice to see the location’s manager on the floor hustling around as well. I would definitely come back here over again and again.

   The service was impeccable. They were so attentive. The salad bar and food was incredible. They have quite the selection. The meat was not as fantastic as usual though. I hope they are not slipping.

   Service went above and beyond, as everyone was very attentive throughout our experience. Servers made great suggestions for beverages and wine, one server even brought over a sample of a drink she thought we would like. Food was wonderful and the overall experience was very unique. We will be back.
