   I’ve had grilled pineapple at other Fogo de Chão, they looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for it which this is a normally expected item at these types of Brazilian restaurants. Only regular pineapple at the buffet bar is what they had. Also this was our anniversary and I specifically placed that on reservation and there was absolutely nothing said or done about it. At the SF location we got a free desert for my bday. They could do better instead of trying to just drive up sales and try to upsell you on stuff.

   We went to a special dinner and there was less meat than expected. Service was a bit poorer than usual.

   I hope my experience is not the norm for this lovely restaurant. Upon arrival, there was no host or hostess, so I was a bit mystified about what to do because the place wasn’t a “seat yourself” environment. I waited for a few minutes, and then asked the bartender if there was a hostess. He was surprised that no one was at the station. My date waited in the lobby for sometime after I arrived, wondering what to do. The lack of a hostess was perplexing because the restaurant was not busy. We ordered drinks, which took nearly twenty minutes to arrive. Again, the place wasn’t busy. Aside from these drawbacks, the food was delicious, especially the meats, which were excellent, as were the meat servers.

   We went for NYE, so it was insanely busy. We arrived a couple minutes before our 8 pm reservation and waited in line to check in. It took 30 minutes before we were sat. We opted for the $71 option, which included the bar. The bar food seemed okay but didn't appear very fresh and there were no croutons for the salad. Once we flipped our card for the meats to be served, it was hard to tell what meat we were getting because it came so fast. It would be nice if there was a list of the meats during the meal that you could see so you could see what you had or had not had yet. We did get a free dessert meant for someone else that left before they were able to get the dessert out to them. It was a delicious cheesecake! I did also observe an employee on FaceTime and the employees did not seem to care about guests walking around. They move around very quickly so you have to keep your wits about you! Overall, the food was decent, and I really enjoyed my Premium Passionfruit Caipirinha. I think we might enjoy it more and experience better service on a less busy night, so we'll have to try it again.

   Service was terrible, slippery floors, very dangerous to walk around restaurant, food was either not seasoned or over seasoned, burnt or raw. Rude waiter, did not pay attention to drink refills, throws meat on plate when you don’t request for the meat just to get rid of last piece. Will not be coming back. Salad bar was a mess and nasty. Texas de Brazil is going to put this place out of business for sure. They offer more for less.

   Overly priced the buffet was not worth 100 per person which is what it comes to after taxes the meats were mostly over cooked dry or rare the best meat was the round steak and flank very juicy i was soo upset about the lamb being iver cooked it tasted gamey it was a huge disappointment when the bill came its was in total over 600 bucks for family of 6 never again

    We had the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. Our server never stopped by our table to see if we needed anything. We had to go up and request our check to make payment. Then the server coped an attitude with us. Not sure if I will ever go back.
