   We had the market table only for lunch. Everything was excellent. It is serve yourself. All the offerings were well prepared and well stocked. Nothing was empty. Our server, Amy, was friendly and helpful. She answered any questions I had. I always have questions. We didn't feel rushed. The restaurant and restroom are clean. All staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming.

   The service was excellent. The staff made sure we were taken care of and offered very good suggestions. The food we had was very good. The Market Table and Brazilian sides (Like a salad bar but with so much more) gave us many fresh options to go with our meal. The only down side is the structure of the menu. They offer a Full Churrasco (unlimited table side carving of various meats) and a Single Churrasco Cut (unlimited table side carving of only one meat). Being a person of advancing age I can't eat as much as I used to, and couldn't take advantage of the Full Churrasco ($71). I opted for the Single Churrasco ($39). I would have like to have a sampler of the meat selection so I could have made a more informed decision regarding the single meat selection, or be given a single serving - rather than an unlimited serving - of the various meats. My wife had the salmon with chimichurri and she loved it.

   It was our first time at this location. Love the building, love the food, but the service was horrible. It literally took 15 minutes for someone to show up asking for drinks. I asked for a straw that was never provided. Our original server never came back to check on us. In order to get a refill and another drink (alcoholic) we had to ask the hostess if she could sent someone to our table to check on us. I ordered a Carajillo, that wasn’t made correctly (it has to be made with espresso) and the one I got didn’t even have coffee.

   After reading all the negative post regarding FDC, i almost cancelled my reservation last night. But I wanted to see first hand if this was true. It was absolutely the opposite. The waiters, busboys, and even management can over multiple time during our visit. Always checking on us if we needed anything. The food was delicious and service was excellent. This is my personal experience last night at FDC.

   They started with promises that it’ll be a great experience and would live up to it. Food was good, best one was Picanha, surprised at lamb chops was better than expected, salad bar was full of options and tasty. They meat servers kept coming around consistently and even when you had your medallion to “no” which was fine, I get ppl can change their mind. The cheese bread was the best side. The waiters to check in and make sure we were happy which was nice…until it was time for the check. I used gift card I got my birthday and a birthday reward from Fogo for $25, which they didn’t apply. They didn’t want to refund, just said to use it when we come back. Despite writing all of this down before running the card to make sure all the codes were in, they still make this error. Cherry on top of that is they still charged the wrong amount for final amount. Called to get this fixed and manager isn’t in so have to wait for a call. Verify your receipt before providing your card! For what’s supposed to be a birthday experience felt more of hassle to explain to manager what had happened multiple times, as they didn’t understand. Then having to wait for manager to call back it ruined the experience and not wanting to go back. Not the best experience that was hyped up to be

   We had reservations for a party of 4 at 7pm. When we arrived the hostess told me we were 5th on the list, they had a shortage of 4 tops, and it would be 20 minutes. Long story short after 3 visits to the hostess stand, we were seated at 8:30pm. A party of 6 walked in 45 minutes past our reservation and were immediately seated. They should have sat us at a larger table rather than wait an hour and a half for a 4 top to open up. They offered to pay for our dessert but it was still added on the bill. We had to remind the server it was comped. We likely won’t go back. For what it’s worth, the food was good, ambiance was great (aside from the spotlight on my friend’s head) and our server was attentive.

   This newer Brazilian restaurant is upscale with an excellent appetizer/drink menu and all you can eat option. It's a bit pricey but you will get filled up and the food is savory and great!

    Wonderful experience we had dinning at Fogo De Chao in Roseville. The staff and service were excellent. The salad bar was very well setup. The meat carved table side serving was delicious.
