Dinner did not meet FdC’s excellent reputation, I’m not saying I won’t ever go back but it won’t be in the near future. The staff were nice but seemed unorganized and lacking direction. I do hope they get this figured out so that they will become the restaurant I have enjoyed in several other cities.

We love Fogo, This was the worst experience ever. We had a 6:30 reservation We ordered drinks only one came mine took an hour to arrive and I asked for it 4 times. It was scotch on the rocks. We only got served the meat once and they never came back to the table again. Even with the card still green. No hot sides brought to the table. No water refill. The reason for going was my friends birthday which they asked about in the beginning and they never brought the free dessert we spent $163.00 on 2 meals and 2 drinks and left hungry. I should have taken them to Texas de Brazil at penn square. Or driven to Dallas and gone to Fogo there where they actually feed you and give you service. I still tipped 20% because this was not the servers fault. Never saw a manager.

To be perfectly honest.... There was a hair on my napkin and stain on my table cloth when I sat down, I just kinda brushed it off. Didn't try to mess with the napkin and kept my things away but I just don't know how that was a thing. I didn't wanna be a Karen about it but like really? The food and everything else was great. Service was a tad slow but it's not like we were the only table in the whole store.

Restaurant is very pretty and has a great deal of space. Granted- we came on a very crowded night, so I would say service was good for how many tables the server had to juggle. Food was good, but not great. Our favorite was the Brûlée cheesecake. We were pretty disappointed with the lack of great sides honestly. It was also very pricey. For this reason, I don’t think we will be back, but it was worth the experience to try one time.

Made an appointment on open table a week in advanced. Arrived and was told it was a 30 minute wait. Food was amazing, service was good but the kitchen was overwhelmed and kept getting dessert orders mixed up between three tables. Asked us to checkout and pay before we even received desert. Had to ask for refills three times on our drinks because they kept forgetting. Bathroom sink had issues, water faucet was broken and could only wash one hand at a time because you had to hold the faucet on with one hand for it to work.

My wife and I went to celebrate Valentine’s Day , a day late. The interior and decor was nice, setting was good but we went early and it took a while for the gauchos to start serving frequently. Our waiter spent most of his time on other tables, never refilled our drinks, would walk past our table multiple times and never check on us. I’ll stick with the competition.

Well, we had high hopes for this place, but they either had a bad day yesterday, as compared with our first time there a few months ago, or they just don't have the Addison magic... To speak to positives: David, one of the managers, is a great guy, and he was one of the highlights of the evening. Asia, our young server, struggled with opening a wine bottle and seemed to be overwhelmed with other tables, leaving us to drift quite a bit, but she's a bright spirit and seems to have a sweet heart. Their wine menu shows a half-discount on South American wines -- a tactic that somewhat is effective, but, having worked in the wine service world for a number of years in Texas, I know that those wines are *much* more affordable (cheaper) than others, so their $128 Argentinian Malbec that's now in service for $64 likely only cost them $25 or less wholesale, so the use of a "reduced" feature on pricing of them is crafty, though a bit disingenuous from an industry standpoint. However, food is why we were there, and this is where it fell apart with our second visit. The first visit in 2024 we did was pretty spot-on, though we notice the salad/non-meats part of the meal is VERY reduced compared with our first visit to FdC in 1998 in Addison, TX, on Beltline. Maybe this is a pattern overall in churrascarias, and it's disappointing, but it's not a game changer since the place is noted for meats. Last night was full of being ignored (save for David and one gauchita that was regularly at our table when she had meats,) overcooked and burned meats, hardly ever getting the yucca/potatoes/bananas/biscuits sides, and empty beverage glasses. Not only that, but the ice cream with the chocolate molten cake my daughter and wife were to share for dessert was significantly melted because it sat for too long before it was taken to our table (even beyond what one would expect being next to a newly prepared cake). I don't think we are returning. I hope things turn around for them. We ha

Waited 45 minutes after being on time for reservations I made a week ago. Market bar is a joke. My dates fish was half cooked and mine was over cooked despite it taking almost an hour for Chilean bass and salmon to be brought out. Potato salad w raw potatoes? Cold self serve “market bar”. Expensive. Terrible service. Like the most expensive cafeteria I’ve ever gone to. Not worth the wait to be seated nor the wait to be served and definitely disappointed with the meal. I wish I could give no stars for this place. Please don’t waste your hard earned money. Go somewhere else unless u like overpriced food, super small portions and sub par taste. I usually don’t leave reviews but you guys served my beautiful date half cooked fish that I still had to pay for after waiting so long to even get seated to order it and wait another hour for the disappointment. I wish I had more hands so I could give it more than two thumbs down.
