   Sadly to say .. service and meat was not up to standard !.. I’ve been here a couple of times and today was very disappointing:(

   One of our favorite restaurants. Made a reservation far before New Years. Got seated almost immediately at a very nice table by the bar. Greeted quickly by Briana the server. Another server came by to take our drink order. Took about 25 minutes to get our drinks from the bar. Pina colada was dripping. White wine kind of warm . Guessing it got too busy and couldn’t be ran. Meat selections were amazing as always but after awhile we felt ignored. Cards on green, clean plates, meats passing right by us to other tables. Will be back seeing that it’s one of our favorite Brazilian steakhouses but hopefully since it won’t be a major holiday it will be our usual amazing 10/10 experience.

   Our party was promptly sat and greeted by our "waitress" shortly after she brought our beverages and we never saw her again! We had to beckon another waiter to request bar beverages and drink refills. Chicken came once, lamb came once mozzarella came twice, I never saw a single cut of steak, even after requesting it be sent our way. I personally saw the manager walk around and "check-in" with almost all the patrons visiting, except our group! We never saw our original waitress again, until it was time to pay then she "magically appeared"! The service here left much to be desired, the salad bar was delicious, thankfully so since we barely got any meat.

   Fantastic lunch experience for a late graduation celebration. The service and food were an A+. Each steak cut Ribeye, Bottom Sirloin, Filet, Strip and more were cooked to medium rare perfection. Excellent flavor and quality cuts. Salad bar offers an amazing selection. Loved the salmon w/capers, salads and variety of choices. Servers were quick on the refills and plate refreshers along with just the right amount of check in. Gauchos never missed a beat. Polite, fast and careful. Desserts so good with the cheese cake crème and key lime. This location was stellar.

   This was my first time here, and the food and service were OUTSTANDING! Got to listen to some live Brazilian jazz which was really great. The only complaint was the restaurant was a little loud. But, that's due to the size and number of people dining. I'd go again in a heartbeat.

   Salad bar was not as well stocked with variety and quality as in the past. The parmigian cheese was a lower grade than what they previously used (parmigiano reggiano). They did not bring the filet mignon cut until I asked twice. The also did not bring pichana cut either. Overall, it was too expensive for the quality and service provided.

   i usually score the service high but not for this one only because when their busy/full they’re not able to keep up serving all the kinds of meats to their customers.
